When we got the the room the ladies had just done the cleaning but it seems as they didn’t touch anything, cause the room and the bathroom were dirty and the room overall had an unpleasant smell!!

The staff were amaizing couldn’t do any more for you very helpful and the location was lovely The only thing I would say is that our shower pressure wasn’t the best however not unusable apart from that everything else was exceptional

Beautiful well-appointed rooms, great air-conditioning, and refillable glass water bottles for guests. Location was perfect for us as a base for exploring Paris, the metro station is literally right outside and it is within walking distance to Père Lachaise. We really enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighbourhood too, plenty of great restaurants, and even though we were there during France’s final World Cup games the nights were very quiet. But above all, the staff are wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and really kind. We went on to stay at one of the Disney hotels afterwards, and the staff there could learn a lot about hospitality from the team at Mercure Paris Bastille Marais. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I go to Paris now. Nothing!

Everything. It has a fantastic location in the 11th. Close to Bastille, lots of cafés and restaurants and out of the “ tourist zone “ Our room on the 8th floor was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the mini fridge was great for storing, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and was super modern. And the view of Sacré Coeur was an added bonus. There was complimentary coffee at all times, water, and delicious French marshmallows (IYKYK). Additionally, the staff was so friendly and helpful. NOTHING. Everything was perfect!

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Typical size for Paris hotels but had everything you could want for a one week stay. It's located outside of the main attractions in the 11th which may seem far away but it's steps away from the metro line and in a local neighborhood offering its own fantastic vibe. Especially if you're a food lover and love trying various cuisines. Great brasseries close by. We really loved the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming, and went above and beyond to be pleasant and offer suggestions. Very professional and pleasant for both business and leisure travelers. We look forward to staying again.
