Good budget hotel in 11th arrindisment. The room was good size, en-suite bathroom and toilet, table and two chairs, fridge & microwave in the room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, all squashed in a tiny space, but it works. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The area is nice with a lot of small restaurants at good price. There're several launderettes near by. There's no secure space for bicycles. They managed to accommodate 2 bicycles, but more that, the bikes have to be locked on the street. The building doesn't have a lift, and some people might struggle climbing uneven stairs.

The accommodations are worth the price. The room was small, but spacious enough for the price. Nice, clean beds; great location; the room is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave, so it’s perfect for making coffee or tea, heating up food, or storing it in the fridge. A great price for travelers on a budget. I’ll definitely be back! When I arrived, the sheets were a little dirty and the bathroom is a bit small, but it's nothing that bothered me.

the staff were mostly nice but one of them saw me going out of my room clearly in my pajamas out for a smoke and after i was done smoking she hesitated to let me back in and kept asking me my room number and name as if i was homeless or something. that was weird. the bathroom door wouldnt close at all. if someone was using the toilet, it was impossible to close it. one of us had to leave the room anytime the other needed to use the bathroom. that was not mentioned in the description before booking. we would not have booked that room if we knew it was going to be that way.

The room was very nice, there’s a small balcony as well. The shower is pretty good and everything works as needed. In a great spot in the city (: Didn’t like the four flights of stairs we had to climb to get up.. kind of a hazard if someone is disabled.

The price is low. Rooms are not very clean. Wi-Fi is very unreliable.

The location is good, close to the metro, bus, kebab restaurants, and McDonald's. 25 minutes from the Louvre and 30 from the Eiffel Tower. I needed a fan. Anyone going in the summer should buy one.

Close to Bastille. And number 46 bus stop iş exactly in front of the hotel.

Good value for money and friendly and helpful staff. Very close to supermarkets, metro and good restaurants. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Room was clean but hangers were either falling off the wall or too high up (close to the ceiling). Window shutter system looked like it could crash soon. The hotel is old and worn, and I wouldn't stay there again.

It seemed like a good location; close to metro When we booked, we were under the impression that there was air conditioning. When we arrived we could not contact anyone from reception, once we waited approximately 2 hours, someone showed up. The situation went to ridiculous. There were 2 long flights of stairs, no elevator, absurdly hot. The room, while having 2 separate bedrooms, which is why we booked; the shower and toilet were in 1 bedroom, the sink in the other bedroom. So not hygienic at all and also absolutely no privacy. No windows that opened to allow air flow at all. It is more of a hostel building rather than a hotel. Which was very disappointing. We ended up finding another hotel, had to uber over to that hotel and obviously pay again. So disappointed.
