Local 101 was perfect inside and out. Beautifully decorated and furnished, immaculately clean with daily housekeeping and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel feels warm and welcoming which was needed after a long day exploring- it feels intimate and special. Great options for breakfast and dinner, I loved our cozy candlelit table in the evening. Great location as a base to explore from with lots of bars and cafes on the doorstep. Metro stations near by, although we chose to walk and Uber, when needed. We were warned on arrival that the lift was very small but not a problem for sending our bags up in and wasn’t an inconvenience. I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble if you asked. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so comfortable. We highly recommend and will definitely return.

This hotel has been completely renovated and so everything was absolutely fresh and new and clean. The staff are absolutely delightful, welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and fresh and comfortable, and the hotel is really quiet despite being in a lively area. There's a small restaurant downstairs (we didn't try it) and it was all spotless. Totally recommended. If you often travel to Paris you'll know about small lifts, but this one is really the narrowest I've ever seen: I couldn't turn around in it. But that's Paris for you! The fixed handwash unit had run out, but the super helpful staff were able to organise a workaround.

The hotel was very well situated, close to various restaurants and metro lines. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were always welcoming and friendly and the bar was always available. The room was quite small, with enough room around the bed to walk around it, and a small table and coat hanger; maybe not big enough for people doing longer than a week with a baby or a big suitcase.

Great location near Republique station, host was so lovely and welcoming. Bed is so comfortable and the shower was fantastic with nice products. Wonderful stay!

The location is excellent. Well connected to Metro stations, very close to Gare du Nord. Lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is lovely - special shout out to Marin. Very clean and organised rooms - basic, functional, neat. The pillows and mattress were exceptionally comfy.

Väga meeldis puhas renoveeritud väike hotell, külalislahke teenindus. Mugavad voodid ja super hea asukoht. Konditsioneer veel korralikult ei jahutanud ja tuba oli palav, aga ööseks sai aknsid avada.
