Great location close to the metro & 20 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Front desk is manned 24hrs. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast available and good selection on offer. I booked a privileged twin room which was described as having a patio with a icon showing a table & chairs with a parasol above. The room description clearly said outdoor/view and listed patio and inner courtyard view. The patio is actually a chair inside the bedroom with a metal prep area with self above whuch houses the kettle! I complained because I was expecting a outside seating area only to be told they have no outside seating areas and I couldn't have booked such a thing. When I showed them the screen shot of the room description advertised & they said they would inform the owner & that booking.com were describing things incorrectly .

Location, low price. Very disappointed with our stay. Our room was not cleaned at all, but the front desk insisted that it was. A few hours later, staff brought us clean sheets, but said there was no one available to help, so we had to change the bed ourselves. We never received an apology or any compensation.

Very clean room and recently renovated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. location in the center in a relativity safe area. One thing i didn't like is the extra charge of 5,53€ per night, per person (total 33,18€) for tourist tax (taxe de séjour), although understandable it should have been included at the final price at the time of the reservation.

Comfy beds, lovely fresh water in reception, luggage storage. 15-29 minute walk for Gare Nord station, tube station 2 min walk away. Rooms a little on the small size

The hotel is 2-3 mins away from the metro station and very close to the Gare du Nord station, which makes it very easy for us to take the Eurostar. The AC is very cool, and the room is very comfortable to stay in during summer! We asked for a non-smoking and quiet area, and the room we stayed in was very nice. No lift in the building we lived in. We need to carry our big and heavy luggage to the second floor by ourselves on small stairs. But the rest of the buildings in the hotel have lifts.

Smooth check-in and all the staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was not too bad. The breakfast was not great, the bread and baguettes were not good as they had gone hard.

Property is clean and staff friendly. Location ideal. Do not stay in lowest price rooms as room is extremely small, bed was lumpy, overall very uncomfortable with not even enough to unpack an overnight!
