Excellent front desk staff Tiny elevator. Had to take two trips with luggage.

AC, nice shower, and comfortable bed. Great staff! Except for the shower, the bathroom was incredibly small. The room overall is small 129ft.

Excellent value for the price, conveniently located very close to Place d'Italie with plenty of options when it comes to métro lines. The AC was a blessing in July. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Super location and friendly staff The isolation is not good enough. Can hear the noise from next door. Needed to ask the front desk for earplugs

Room did not match photos, smelled of cigarette smoke, shower was dirty and chipped, couldn’t even open door with bags inside it was so cramped. We left after 8 min and didn’t stay. Refund requested here.

This is a well operated boutique hotel. It is super clean, very comfortable and close to any amenities or transport needed to enjoy Paris. Dawa at the front desk is a gem, so kind, patient and knowledgeable, she made our stay excellent. I highly recommended this hotel. The only minor add might be onto have a mini fridge in the room but guests have access to the kitchen cooler.

Close to eateries, shopping and The Metro Stairs are very narrow & elevator is extremely small. 1 person & 1bag small

The staff was wonderful! Dawa and Valeska were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. The first room got ants, and the second room had an impossibly tiny stall for the WC. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, though, and our third room was great.

Brilliant location by the place D'Italie, so very central and only 2 mins from the metro. Room was small ish but expected in Paris but lovely balcony which was a bonus Very good continental breakfast too and extremely polite staff

The breakfast was simple, and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was very small, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is well located, clean, quiet and nice to spend some days in Paris. The bed is comfortable and it's really not at all noisy which is very nice ! Minor details: the table in the room is very very tiny :) part of the ceiling in the bathroom was broken.
