The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was so small The A/C was working, but not cooling the room as much as I wanted

Good location, friendly staff, clean environment (for Paris) They gave us room specifically equipped for people with disabilities, even though we did not had any disabilities. The staff said that’s the only available room, as they are fully booked, but we booked our stay more than a month ago. The room was right at the reception, and you could hear everything happening there in the room. Every time someone was checking in at night we were waking up because of the noise. The other bad thing was that the bed was very small for 2 persons.

Location The room is very small (too small, actually) and by the website (Accor) and B.com we have the impression that it´s a standard-sized room, but it´s not. My wife, my kid and I barely fit.

Location Staff, price, overall quality
-
Very good location. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was bit congested and shower leak issues.
-
Pleasant area of town connected to different transportation options to reach the center. Walking distance from University Hospitals Pitié Salpêtrière Given what I spent and given the average quality of the hotel, I found it overpriced. The rooms were small with several dated elements.

Location near to many restaurants Staff are friendly and kindly

The bedroom was warm, and Paris was over 30 degrees Celsius. It’s central air conditioning so I couldn’t make it cooler.

Rooms are extremely small and the overall structure looks outdated Bad smell and room with no possibility to open the window nor to switch on ventilation nor ac

The location in a quiet neighborhood very close to 3 metro lines made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The is a bakery, a grocery store and plenty of local restaurants/bars full of people. The breakfast was very well appointed. The room was clean as expected. The bed was very comfortable. There were no grab bars in the shower, the exhaust fan didn't work and no mini refrigerator.

The person who assisted me during check-in offered to include breakfast in my rate. I accepted, explaining that I would be leaving early on Sunday and would not have the opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel. At that time, I was told that if I informed the front desk the night before my early departure, they could arrange a takeaway breakfast. I followed these instructions and notified the hotel the night prior, as recommended. However, at the time of check-out, I was informed that the hotel does not offer this service. This situation resulted in a negative experience, as the information initially provided was incorrect and made me feel misled.

Location is great, metro and bus stations are 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is safe. Breakfast is good for the price, there are multiple options, not too much but enough. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are small but that is standard for Paris i think, but they are clean and comfortable, bathroom is spacious. Everything is easely accesible by wheelchair.

Location is very good, close to a the Place d'Italie metro station. Breakfast was very good, good bread and nice jam. Carpets were old and dusty and looked like mildew, so I could not know if there were funghi on the floor or if it just looked like it. Our toilet would not flush properly, despite reaching out several times to the front desk, so every use of the toilet was followed by several flushes and prayers. The room was tiny. As in you can't open the suitcase tiny. We had to enter on our side, and had to closely watch the room door and the bathroom door as they could not be open at the same time.

Great location. Very narrow parking ramp and parking spot.

Great location, fair price, friendly staff and pretty good breakfast Very small rooms that could do with some minor renovations. The air conditioning seemed overwhelmed by the high temperature.

Close to the metro and bus stations. 20 minutes to the center city. Good infrastructure nearby. Seems hotel has not been renovated for a long time. For example, the door to the toilet was not closing. Lack of standard welcome things like sleepers and bottle of water.
