Lovely staff on reception, the room was a very decent size and had air-conditioning, the room and bathroom were clean. The location wasn't the best, didn't seem the safest, and was a bit of a distance from the centre of Paris.

The reception staff and room cleaning staff were excellent. I can't say anything bad about them. The reception staff were kind and friendly whenever we needed them, and our room was cleaned daily by someone. There was a small stain on my daughter’s sheet that looked like blood. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly. I set it to the lowest temperature, but the room remained very hot. There was also an incident involving a member of the back-office staff who accused my daughter of entering their office. However, on that day, we were at Disneyland, so it would have been impossible for her to have entered the office. I explained this and asked if we could check the records together to clarify what had happened, but they refused. Later, they simply said that it was “not a problem.” However, saying that “it was not a problem” was not for them to decide. We were the ones who were wrongly accused, so we had every right to question the situation and ask for clarification. The issue was not whether they considered it a problem, but that my daughter had been wrongly accused of entering their office. Since we were not responsible for the situation in the first place, it was not up to them to simply dismiss it by saying that it was “not a problem.” Furthermore, twice in the early morning, while we were asleep, a repairman came to our room to unclog our sink. This was truly absurd because the second time he came even though we had posted a "Do not disturb" sign on our door. How could he enter the room while we were sleeping? My wife and daughter were inside. The situation was already inappropriate, but we could have been caught in an even more inappropriate situation. In fact, the first time I told him to do it in the afternoon while we were away, but the second day he came again in the morning. There are serious problems with hotel management. It is necessary to evaluate these situations before going.

This is a good budget option. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question and always trying to assist. The breakfasts were monotonous, but it was nice to have them. The rooms are very small, but sufficient just to shower and sleep. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paris, so it is far from the main attractions, but there is a metro station nearby and you can easily reach places like the Eiffel Tower. The area around the hotel is dirty, so you need to be careful—especially in the morning when there are many "vendors" and pickpockets outside. There is secure parking, and a grocery/general store is also located right next to the hotel.
