The reception team was truly one of the best we have ever experienced. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any request. When we needed to print some documents, they immediately helped us, saving us the trouble of finding a place to do it in the city. Just before our departure, we faced a very stressful situation: our accommodation in Bucharest was suddenly cancelled by the untrustworthy apartment owner on the day we were due to fly there from Paris. The hotel reception kindly offered to call the property in Romania and Booking.com support on our behalf. We were deeply touched by such genuine and human kindness. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and for being there when we really needed help!

Every place it's 30 minutes or 25 minutes far away from hotel only i dont like location otherwise everything is perfact

The size of the room and cleanliness are the only two appreciable attributes of this hotel The location is in an underserved neighborhood. Very poor environment. The air conditioning didnt work. This is just a low budget hotel priced like a mid-range hotel. Very deceptive offering. The elevators kept breaking down.

Hotel is located at the worst part of the city. In front of the main gate there is a car park for homeless people… second night we went out by car to feel safe. Location is terrible!
