The hotel was the only who took our reservation after an emergency and it is great for the price tag and accommodation type, the location is also great. We were wrongly charged at the reception and the staff was attentive but, until now, I haven’t got my money back.

We had a great stay at Ibis. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dario and Eduardo, who made us feel very welcome. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

Only 10min walk from the station Would be nice to have a restaurant on site or a wider range of snacks available.

Staff were friendly and attentive Breakfast area got very busy and we had to wait for cups/ plates and cutlery to be washed and replaced. There was no facilities in the bedroom to make tea/coffee

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the range and quality of the breakfast items provided. We had a family suite of two adjoining interconnecting rooms which we would recommend to other family groups. We had no issues with the hotel and would certainly stay there again if in Paris.

Very nice stuff, we managed to check in earlier, close to the metro, very good breakfast, the room was nice and the cleaning as well, as they changed the towels daily. No objections
