Best Western Plus Bretagne Montparnasse

The beds were comfortable and although the room was small, it was well organized and it was comfortable for my three teenagers and myself. My high school aged boys slept in the bunk beds and they were very comfortable. We were also very happy with the air conditioning. We were there in the summer and our room was always a good temperature. They also had a wonderful, complimentary coffee machine and a filtered water dispenser! We did not have a view, as our room was toward the back of the building and looked out onto the building next door.

The staff at check in was unfriendly. Nothing rude or anything but just didn't smile, did not provide the WiFi unless asked, it took 2 phone calls to figure this out. The room was extremely small even for European standards. The photos are deceiving and with incorrect information about the size of the room. The bed was uncomfortable, the chromecast did not work on the TV and the AC is weak.

Best hidden gem in Paris. Very kind staff, very comfortable room. A good value and steps away from a great Metro stop. Quiet lovely neighborhood in Paris. Some difficulty with the shower hot water. But I informed the staff and they helped.

We were very upset the hotel did not have the correct number of rooms (4) that we had booked - and paid for!!! The manager was rather confused and spent 30-45 minutes trying to figure out why the system didn't work!!! We finally had to pay for an extra room - I am currently applying for a refund. Also, I ordered a taxi for early morning to the airport and the driver told me there was an extra fee for having the hotel call for the cab!!! Plus I was charged twice for one breakfast.

Strange quilted pillows were less than ideal. Would prefer traditional pillowcase.

We put our money in the safe. Then it broke. The employee was calling the manager and after 50 minutes he got it open. We were late for our photographer appointment and we made it to the train with only 5 minutes to spare. It was so stressful.

Great location in Montparnasse with many restaurants within walking distance. A large underground parking garage is about a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making the stay overall pleasant. The shower area leaks easily, so after showering the bathroom floor gets quite wet. This was the main downside of the stay.

The hotel was good and located in a nice area.

The staff was friendly and wonderfull and the room was cozy and clean and well kempt The fan/AC unit was very hard for Americans to figure out. The room is very small, and the walls are very thin so we heard lots of kids

Liked the location, a very walkable neighborhood to restaurants, shops, Metro Very small room, very noisy neighborhood and could hear guests, room had a musty door, sink did not drain well, had to retrieve our own cold water downstairs after the first night. Bookings.com did not send us a ride to our hotel as promised in our booking. Not cool…
