We booked this hotel for one night, from 24–25 August, as we were visiting Paris to celebrate my friend’s birthday weekend. The hotel itself is modern and nicely designed, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the service. I booked two rooms through Booking.com and contacted the hotel directly in advance to confirm that there would be four guests. I also provided all the guests’ names and asked whether they needed any additional information. I was told that my email confirmation was all they needed. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we paid for everything, but nobody informed us of any issue with the guest details or breakfast arrangements. The following morning, during breakfast, we were told that only one person had been registered for each room and that we would therefore have to pay extra for the other guests, despite breakfast being included in our booking confirmation. We spoke with reception, and they showed me the confirmation containing both my name and my friend’s name—the exact information I had previously sent to the hotel by email. This clearly showed that they had received our information, but the additional two guests had simply not been added to the reservation. Unfortunately, the reception manager was quite rude and unhelpful. I showed her the email and she said that the girl doesn't work here, who replied the email, but a minute ago the receptionist told me that girl is quite new, The manager told me that it was not her responsibility and that I should contact Booking.com because the reservation had not been made directly with the hotel. She made no real effort to investigate the situation or find a solution. As I did not want to let the situation ruin my friend’s birthday weekend, I simply paid the additional amount and left. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice and modern, the customer service and the way this issue was handled were extremely disappointing.

The room was big for Paris. The facilities were very good. The location is very close to a Metro station and to the Grand Boulevards. Lots of options to eat, and walking distance to main attractions. I wish they had a fridge , even a small one.
