The reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and availability made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The 24-hour reception service was also very convenient. The breakfast buffet was practical and offered a good selection to start the day before sightseeing. While I found the €12 price a little expensive for what was offered, it was still a convenient option. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay in Paris.

Location in general. With small kids I felt a bit uncomfortable at evening , outside. For example when returning around 22 to room a lot of dodgy people near metros so we didnt felt super secure....

The location was great (right next to the metro and bus stops) and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. I checked in and out at odd hours and he was super helpful and even offered my free breakfast N/a

Great location: the Hotel is almost above the Bonne Nouvelle Metro station entrance (lines 8 and 9) and within a walking distance to the Strasbourg - Saint-Denis station (Metro lines:4, 8 and 9). The room is quite cozy with the street view. Room heating was working just fine. The bathroom has just enough space. Shower had regulated hot water and good water pressure. The room is a bit small but nothing unexpected (it is as described). It was enough for our 3 night stay. * There is no shelf/holder for the shampoo/shower gel inside the shower. Can be easily fixed. * The lock of the bathroom sliding door was not working (wasn't an issue for us).

Staff is very nice and tries their best. Shower pressure is great. Loved how close it is to the metro and bus stations. As well as having many many businesses around. However the one side with having many businesses around the hotel, is that people love staying out late and being loud. With the windows closed, you could hear everything. People, the construction, etc. And because there is construction right across, dust comes in if you keep the windows open. Also the room gets humid and the fan provided didn’t help. There’s no A/C here. The shower head was moldy, the toilet holder attached to the wall spins, the towel rack is barely attached. They lack extra pillows. The elevator is small, like only two people can fit and that is with at most two carry ons. If you are claustrophobic take the stairs!

Rooms too small, no air conditioning in the rooms, towels are in very bad condition most of them are ripped off , cleanliness was not good, refreshment top ups were not provided unless we requested each day - coffee.

The staff was Very Nice and helpful, they looked after our bags after check out so we could continue to shop. The walls in the room were very dirty and not clean at all. The hallways had musty smell and a lot of stains in the carpet.

Don't be fooled by the tiny elevator, the room and bathroom are pretty large and airy! It was a very comfortable stay with everything you can expect - dryer, decent wifi, decent towels, several outlets, etc. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if they had a mini fridge, but they had water and soda to buy at the front desk. Some miscommunication around cleaning my room - I didn't want any cleaning done during my stay, but it happened three times even though I told them on two different occasions I didn't want it, and even specified that it wasn't just for that day but for the entire stay. Was frustrated they didn't make a note of it even after the second reminder. Don't know why they didn't have the little signs that tell cleaning staff to not enter.
