The hotel facilities were quite basic. The lack of AC during the heatwave made the room extremely unconfortable.
-
The location The reception is mentioned to be 24 hours, but we had to wait every time for about 5 minutes outside as the doors were locked and there was no one behind the desk to open for us.

No AC

Location was within walking distance to the artist square. Smelly room and white towels turned dark with holes.

The cleanliness is really good and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the bathroom and how close the property is to the places I wanted to visit I went during the heat wave (la canicule) and there was no air conditioner (AC) in which unfortunately didn’t help as there’s barely any air during the heat wave. We were offered a fan however it didn’t help much

Although the room was very small, there was only one electric socket in the room. Not enough for 2 people to charge all the electronics. The one that is attached to the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything and everyone. The neighbors plugged something in the wall and it woke us up.

The staff was friendly. The location was great, 15 minute train ride from the Eiffel tower. the room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were rock hard.

amazing for travel for work

The location was great, very safe, close to two metro stations. There are a few bakeries for breakfast close by and a few restaurants for lunch or dinner. The hotel room was clean, and kept clean all throughout the stay. The towels were old, with holes and some of them had stains, even though they were being changed, the new ones were stained. The room was quite small, it does match the mentioned parameters but when you see it in person you really appreciate how small it is.

Room was so small, especially bathroom

Quiet, safe neighborhood, good bus and metro connections. Buffet breakfast was very good. Most of the staff were helpful, especially a young African woman whose name was Charlote(not sure!) Always smiling, polite. A number of the staff seemed not to share info with the others, e.g.no one but the original person who booked our van did notvcommucate this with others. Others could not find a trace of it. Good thing we had also written directly to the company since no one told us if we had a confirmation. --Had to ask for cups, extra towels...

Location Very small room Not provided clean towels
-
Closeness to important sites The housekeeping is regular, on the last day they did not clean the room.
-
No kettle or fridge in a room, uncomfortable pillows.

Location has good access to metro to get to tourist attractions. About a 20-25 euro taxi one way otherwise. No air conditioning and even with a table fan the room was uncomfortably hot at night. Very small shower!

The bed broke on not one but two back to back nights. On the first evening, it broke when even a bag was placed on it. The second evening, it was broke before we used it. The stay was most uncomfortable for us. The hotel was least prepared to host guests. The breakfast was 13 euros for one croissant and coffee. That felt like a joke. Of course, we took the breakfast outside. Because of the bad sleep on broken beds and poor backup mattress that was given, our trip to Paris went badly during the day as well. We were often sleep deprived and tired throughout.

Good value for the money, location, friendly staff, quiet room The sheets and blankets were musty. Towels smelled after chlorine. Hairdryer worked every day only in the evening and never in the morning(never knew that hairdryers had opening hours).

Basic and small but perfectly clean and well equipped.

Nothing Our room didn't match up to the pictures they advertise on the website at all, whereas the other 2 rooms our friends stayed in were closer. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit in the shower. The lighting was almost neon in there, and only one mirror on the back of the door which wasn't useful for 2 girls. Barely any storage or places to hang things.
