Great location, lovely spacious room... and it was quiet for such a location in the Pigalle/Montmarte area - we loved it. The lift is pretty poor and slow so we took the stairs, which being on the fourth floor got tiring! Breakfast was ok but the staff were pretty disinterested. On two consecutive days I had to clear up plates myself and source cutlery and cups because every table had been left and not cleaned up. Otherwise largely positive, save for the night we had two fire/smoke alarms go off. I had to personally ask the man on night reception (who was sat down while more than 20 guests stood in the foyer bewildered as to what was going on) whether we were ok to go back into our rooms. He eventually got up and sarcastically said "Yes you can all go back to sleep". We were not impressed, some people were confused and anxious. While the alarm was going off only a handful of us went outside, some actually went and made a cup of tea! It was an absolute shambles. On leaving nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay. It's the little things that could make a good little hotel a great one. The breakfast was also poor, and if not there early you were left with the scraps. Shame, but still a nice spot.

Staff were helpful. The complimentary refreshments and snacks from 2pm in the mini bar and in the restaurant were greatly appreciated. Double room is small. The lift and bathroom were also small but functional.

I loved how we were greeted so kindly and served so well. The rooms and shower were good too! I also loved how we were allowed in all the hotels branches. Oh they also so lovely about us leaving our bags for as long as we needed without extra fees! Such pure people! How the breakfast options were limited in our hotel compared to their branches. And I also expected lunch or dinner but no, we only received complimentary snacks.

Great location, clean and functional. Access to all lounges of their hotel network across the city was a major plus. Nothing really.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. In particular, Alexander at the front desk was welcoming; and he provided us with important information about our stay. The accessible coffee and snack lounge was a real treat to relax after a full day of touring Paris. Our room was clean, comfortable and well attired. The hotel was wonderful!
