Staff was wonderful and so warm and kind! Facilities were very clean and air conditioning was a rare plus. We loved the shower, beds, and adorable free goodies :) If anything, I wish that breakfast could have been available longer.

This is a very fine hotel. Only a few rooms, in a quiet street in a lively area, it's decorated really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom huge and everything very clean We were disappointed by our de luxe room. We thought we had booked a room upstairs with a view out the back. We were in fact in a room at street level at the front. It seems you can't specify the exact room you want. The windows are all obscured and they don't open. It was during a hot spell and the aircon struggled. The room is extremely big - too big really. It has three areas and you have to go down a small flight of stairs to reach the bathroom. Its location means that the room is right next to the heavy street door which you can hear it each time it closes. Not very loud but enough to notice in the night. A shame because overall this is a great place to stay.

location was perfect, hotel was very nice - the code system works but you need to save them for ease of use to get in and out the hotel was very hot, as was paris during the trip, but the air con in the rooms worked well

Location, security, cleanliness. No lift. Had to carry luggage up about 30 stairs.

The breakfast was delicious. The place was clean everyday, spacious enough, and very quiet, allowing for a truly wonderful experience.

Loved the location, close to a variety of restaurants and bars, walking distance from Lafayette in one direction, Pigalle in the other. Quiet and safe street. Nothing stands out.
