Hôtel Hiro
About Hôtel Hiro
Hiro is a rare name that means "generous" and "great" in the land of the rising sun, and "navigation" and "travel" at the other end of the globe. It's in this unusual place, with its cozy, chic atmosphere, that he invites you to set down your luggage and suspend time. Because at 7 rue Brey, a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, the magic of this 4-star boutique hotel works, to make you feel at home, in a great Parisian house. Nestling in a lively district of Paris's 17th arrondissement, the Hotel Hiro invites you to discover the latest fashionable addresses and characteristic markets that make the French capital so vibrant. At the birth of the motor car, this district of western Paris was frequented by saddlers and coachbuilders; in the second half of the 20th century, by gallant ladies. This design hotel in Paris-Elysées is inspired by the history of the area, with its chic caravan and saddlery. From the entrance draped in velvet and lit by a stained-glass signature window, through the intimate lounges to the 30 bedrooms, you will be transported to an enchanted world. You don't need a crystal ball to know that as a family, as a couple or with friends, you'll feel right at home in this relaxed lifestyle setting.

I booked a room with a balcony, but when I arrived I was given a standard room without one. I specifically chose and paid for the balcony room because it was for a very important occasion. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not helpful at all. They simply told me to contact Booking.com instead of trying to resolve the issue. This completely ruined the experience, and I did not receive the room I had booked. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The rooms so small but well furnished and super clean

Nothing! A big mistake to stay there! Awful experience!!! 1. The room was very small and stinky. 2. You cannot adjust the temperature of the room. 3. The air ventilation was awful. 4. The bed and mattress were not comfortable. 5. The room’s insulation was so poor; drunk people were very loud outside and we couldn’t even sleep well. 6. The breakfast was not included and they didn’t tell us; plus it was a way too expensive for what they offered. 7. I was staying at a different hotel not far from this one before, even if it was cheaper and three stars, it was a way better than this! This hotel is too expensive for the very poor quality they offer! 8. The rooms were not well equipped; and the temperature wasn’t comfortable. In general, we visit Paris very frequently and I can tell this hotel was the worst one we ever stayed in Paris.

The location is amazing near to everything we wanna see the staff friendly and very helpful jamal was very attentive and helpful the room was super clean and comfortable and the plugs ? we had 2 options the Parisian style and the English one so we didn’t need to use the adapter ✌?the hot rail was life saver as we used the private spa “free” ?just u need to book it in advance so after using it we need to dry our clothes it was so helpful to use the hot rails❤️, the espresso machine in the room with plenty of options of puds and in the reception There is no fridge hopefully Next time there will be fridge as we like to keep our strawberries ? nice and cool and our drinks as well , the iron table and iron not available in the rooms

Rooms are a bit small like most hotels in the area .

The hotel was cozy, clean and authentic. I loved how the staff greeted me and my wife every single morning with a smile. It was an amazing experience and will definitely book here again. No fridge or minibar in the room.

Amazing property in the heart of Paris. Although it is central, the hotel is tucked away in a smaller inner street and very quiet at night. The bed was so comfortable, and the room extremely clean. The bathroom was luxurious and the Nuxe products such a nice touch. The reception staff was lovely! I slept amazingly. The Nespresso in the room was awesome too, and the AC worked GREAT and was easy to use! I didn’t try the food or the spa, as I was just there on an overnight business trip. The room is quite small (would be tough for two people and luggage for multiple days). Perhaps there are higher room tiers that are larger, make sure to check. While the shower is big, the bathroom lacks shelving/cabinets for toiletries.

The breakfast was very nice. The location was good for our touring areas. Very small room more for people just staying one night with minimal luggage. Probably would have stayed somewhere else if had known

Perfect location Small room and reception taking time

Great stay! Room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Convenient location near the metro and restaurants. The staff were very helpful — they stored my luggage and even helped print one document for free. Overall, good value and would stay again! Only downside is the strict 11 a.m. checkout.

The room was a little small, but its a fine compromise for the great location and price.

Property was clean and in an excellent location Firstly the glass water bottle broke in my hand when I lifted it to have a drink cutting my thumb I have had to have 2 stitches in it today when I got home. When I told the staff what happened they looked like they didn’t believe it smashed in my hand. The young lady and older gentleman were great however the younger male was extremely miserable and rude. We weren’t told about the city tax and when we returned to our room the second day they had removed our access to our room with all our belongings….we weren’t approached and asked to pay this tax which was disgraceful really. We were given only 1 bath towel between us and no toilet roll so had to ask. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly
