Only the location Towels were dirty, stained and very old, room was dusty and not clean, the breakfast area was full of small flies and they didn’t add the things were run out so you should go early if you want to eat everything

The cleaners are so annoying and they enter the room direct without taking permission and they are available only few hours till 2 pm . The toilets stuff are not available for 2 days until I asked for it.

Great location and best alternative for the families especially the connected family double rooms. Very close to metro stations and Arc de Triomphe where you can enjoy with many restaurants / Cafes. I saw some negative feedbacks about the size of rooms but I believe this is tolerable considering the other positive things. Strongly recommending family rooms ...

Location is amazing. Too noisy cause of the underground, you feel the vibration pretty much all day long. Bottled water is only provided at first day and never served again. Very careful on tea bags, feels like there is unnecessary financial control.

Clean, very good location. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was very dark which was nice. Rooms were small and pillow was like a rock. Made It difficult to get a good nights sleep.
