מנהלת המלון סוניה קיבלה אותנו בקבלת פנים חמה במיוחד. היא גם הסבירה לנו על המלון ועל הרשת, קיבלנו פינוקים לכבוד חגיגות ירח הדבש שלנו והצוות תמיד היה מסביר פנים וידידיותי בכל פעם שהיינו צריכים משהו. בחדר היינו שמחים אם היה ארון בגדים ולא רק שני מדפים, מעבר לזה היה תואם את הציפיות.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, we were checked in about three hours early without even asking. They also kindly provided a European adapter for free when I realized I didn’t have one. The room was cleaned beautifully every day, and the complimentary minibar refills were a really nice touch. When we were leaving, the staff even offered to store our luggage for us, which made everything so much easier I would love to have more hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom

Breakfast was excellent with everything you could ask for AND we really appreciated the gluten free options. The hotel team members were friendly and always available to assist us with our questions. The location in Pigalle area was special...35 minute walk to the Seine/Louvre, and close to non tourist restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, very functional (great showers, a desk, chair, nice sheets and pillows) and quiet. We loved the sweet and savoury treats available after 2 pm and the soft drinks water and coffee 24-7. Highly recommend this hotel. Although I consider this hotel to have everything a traveler needs, a bonus would be for the front desk to have a list of nearby restarants they recommend. I know this is sometimes difficult to create but would be appreciated.

Very convenient location. All attractions in the city within walking distance Shower was tiny. Almost couldn’t move inside of it. Upon checking in we were assessed an additional tax of 44 Euros. We were told it was a “neighborhood tax”. Unacceptable

Simple clean hotel. Pretty good location. Close to a Metro station, close to Galerie Lafayette and close to Monmartre. The open bar is a nice touch and helpful. Room was very small (the bathroom door couldn’t be opened all the way as it bumped into the bed).

Great and very friendly staff, amazing location, good breakfast, nice vibe. Our room was 15m2 as per the booking but a somewhat funny layout, so it felt still very tight. The pictures of the rooms on Booking looks nicer than the one we had.

Great little hotel. Close to Metro, and some good cafes. I felt safe in this St. George neighborhood. Hotel’s staff is very kind and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast is good, with variety. I stayed a week. The lift is helpful too! I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints.

Great access to iconic Paris. Close to metro and easy walking distance to some popular locations. Only a couple of Metro stops from Gare Est. Felt the bathroom was on the dirty side.
