They charged too much service fee for call taxi

The room was clean and air conditioned. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure was good. Breakfast was delicious and adequate. The location was okay, only a short uber/walk down to the river. Overall enjoyable. The room was smaller than I had expected. I probably would have known and expected less had I read the descriptions instead of just looking at the pictures. All rooms are expensive in Paris, so not terrible overall.

Nothing Everything

Location wise is great. The room was very noisy with poor soundproofing. It was also far too small for two people, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. During the exceptionally hot weather, the air-conditioned lobby was a real oasis and made returning to the hotel particularly pleasant. The location is very convenient, with several metro and bus stations nearby, making it easy to explore Paris. I also appreciated the small breakfast room, which felt cozy, calm, and never overcrowded, creating a relaxed atmosphere to start the day.

- Great safe location close to restaurants and within a short walk to public transportation. - Modern updated rooms; great soundproof - Hot water pot for coffee/tea in rooms - Helpful English speaking front desk staff - Complimentary Coffee/tea w snack offered in the well decorated lobby sitting area - Rooms on small side even for Paris/it would be tough to have 2 adults with suitcases larger than carryon in one room - Need more hooks in bathroom to hang towels along with under sink storage -hallways need updating/chipped paint - breakfast was ok; items not restocked for later diners -cappuccino machine wasn’t working - hallways need to be upgraded/painted but rooms are nice

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was always very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. It was located in a great spot that had so much around it to walk to as well as public transportation within minutes to get further out in town. We loved our room, but unfortunately it was very hot. The ac was not turned on yet because we came in April, but there were some very warm days and when we would come back at night we would be very hot in the room. We did have a balcony to open the doors and let fresh air in, luckily, but we would have preferred to have the ac to turn on.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. I loved everything about it—from the perfect central location to the smallest thoughtful details. The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to public transport, including buses and several metro stations, and many of the main sights are within walking distance. The room was both cozy and surprisingly spacious, especially for Paris, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to the receptionist, Paul, whose kindness and professionalism really stood out. I also appreciated a lovely personal touch—after casually mentioning my birthday, I returned to my room to find macarons and a handwritten note waiting for me. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Everything was perfect, though having a few more hangers for towels in the room would make the stay even more convenient.

The rooms are too small . There’s no space to put the luggage. Also, there’s nowhere to hang the towels once you’ve used them.
-
quiet modern and clean rooms in a super central location no toiletries
-
Room was small but very clean. I like that the toilet was separate from shower. Front desk was 24 hours. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The windows opened from floor to ceiling and there was always a nice breeze that came in.

Nothing significant to mention.
-
Close to train, quiet location and breakfast was variety and good coffee. Room smaller than in the picture and hotel looks tired. The bathroom was very strangly set up. Toilet was closed off in another room and you have to walk around to another room to wash your dirty hands.

Great service and location
-
The location and the tranquility. The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. There was no mini bar in the room. The breakfast was not rich, the same staff every day in small quantities.

Room was updated rest of hotel a little shabby. Ok breakfast walkable to Gare st lazare.
