The location was near the metro. No top sheet, floor could have been cleaner, stairs were filthy. The general appearance of hotel was not tidy.

I only stayed for two days, but I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean, and the location was convenient, with metro stations, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The view from the window was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great and I had a very pleasant experience.

Snacks available 2pm onwards, staff were helpful and convenient location The rooms were small and dusty which triggered my allergy. Bed was comfy but pillows were too thin making it hard to sleep.

The link to other Atotels is convenient, when roaming Paris, it's nice to pop into another site to use the facilities or grab some water. Rooms are really small, may be Parisian standard but still not enough to swing a cat. The lift is dodgy, can only take 2 people at a time. Had to send bags up separately. It also only goes to the 5th floor and we stayed on the sixth. On checkout, the lift didn't work at all and had to get luggage down 6 flights of stairs.

The hotel is located about 2 minute walk from Rome Metro station. It is also near Europe. The staff are lovely and it was nice to have snacks and coffee available. The breakfast is good value too. There are restaurants and bars a short walk away and I found that the Metro and buses meant I was always a short trip from everything. This hotel is a little gem!

Very clean, the hotel is in a safe area, snacks and water provided is a big plus for this hotel. The breakfast was OK, but we received fresh tomatoes, cucumber in only 1 day from 4 days booked. They made the invoice under my name, I requested an invoice for my company for prepayment and still no invoice from them. I sent this request via booking.com and I made the same request when I arrived to the hotel . I requested to change the invoice with my company details.. I'm still waiting for an answer.
