Great location near Gare de Lyon and many restaurants. Very nicely remodeled and clean. Room a very good size. AC worked well. Pillows were not comfortable.

It’s a great location being so close to Gare du Nord, as I made quite a few train trips to see Paris attractions. Additionally the bed was comfortable, the room and other areas were spotless, and all the staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. The elevator worked perfectly. Better curtain coverage would have helped - I sleep better in a dark room.

Location was great and easy to get the metro to venture out. Rooms were big and clean and most of the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Most of the staff were really lovely but one girl doing breakfast in our second day was quite rude and sat out the back in her phone most of the time. The lady the day before was lovely.

Great and comfy beds, extremely clean, no-waste philosophy. Central and in an elegant and safe area. Very kind staff The shower only has half a door, making water go everywhere if not careful. The shelf on the basin too large, you may bump your head on it, if not careful

This hotel was close to the train station and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a modern feel and provided enough room for my husband and me. I would recommend this hotel. nothing

Booking.com website was hacked, my booking was not valid, 1 day before check in Booking.com confirmed my booking on the phone (which was not true), hotel confirmed that both them and Booking.com knew about the hacking and were working together to fix it, and they did not even send an email to customers warning them about the possible fake booking. Booking.com didn't even bother to apologize.
