Close to the train station; tastefully decorated especially the breakfast room; wonderful choice for breakfast; literature available everywhere; hot drinks offered; real milk pods and cups on the courtesy tray; fluffy absorbent towels; lovely being able to sip coffee on the small balcony and feel like "real Parisians" for one day! The room is fairly "compact" and I kept banging my shoulder on the wall mounted cabinets by the bed (ouch!); for a short person like me, it was difficult to get in and out of the bathtub; couldn't see in the bathroom mirror but there was a full length mirror in the room...

Location close to to the train station. The room was clean. The ceiling in the shower (bathtub) was too low if you are tall. Even though the room was spacious the furnishing made the room feel a bit tight.

the location is surrounded by any thing you can need/ The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The food options on the breakfast menu are very limited and need to be more varied. The bottom sheet covering the bed was not clean enough.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. They were patient and totally unflustered when I told him I had unfortunately damaged an item in my room. Breakfast choices were very good and the quality was marvellous! My room was very cramped and there was very little space to move around in it.
