The staff were very generous and the location was very good It was what we paid for.

Nothing. Yes Hotel Allety is a DUMP. The Hotel very filthy not clean and unhealthy. The Hotel has very strong bad ODOR as well as the towels the room refrigerator doesn't not work and its not clean. It has stains or should i say mold. The beds has tears and the bed covers had stains. I don't believe the staff cleans the rooms the bathroom sink had spit from the previous guests or maybe from the workers.

The owner was very friendly :)

Very nice location at the very heart of Paris. Metro station just on the other side of the street (line 4) + a lot of very nice bars and restaurant just next door. Hotel personnel is also very kind and helpful.

I think this is scum hotel, almost neither conditions were accomplished cleanless, bad beds and old and equipment in bad conditions

Only thing I liked the property was location, with metro station right in front of hotel. Staff was also very polite. Property looks much better in pictures then they really are. Outside the room building has bad smells, inside the rooms hey are very very poor with lots of visible patches. Also Rooms go up to a 5th floor without elevator. Breakfast is also very poor for 8eur. Inside rooms no phone, no drinks or food, and literally dust in corners with lack of proper higiene however, fortunately bed sheets were clean.

The stay here was excellent! The staff were all amazing, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is only an added benfit to everything else being right outside of a metro station and within walking distance to some key landmarks in the city.

Nothing at all, The hotel stinks from the moment you step inside. We checked in and left after just five minutes to check out because the rooms were so disgusting. The hotel refused to give us a refund, and it’s been almost a week. This is a scammy little trash hotel. The room didn’t look anything like the photos, the beds were hard, and the bathroom was disgusting. Still waiting for our refund, receptionist really knows how to play his silly little games, After taking our payment, he asked us to call Booking.com to get a refund, which was completely unreasonable. When Booking.com tried to contact the hotel, the receptionist simply said, “I can’t do anything. You have to mail the owner.” The owner, who had sent us a lengthy email explaining how they had offered us an “upgrade” (which we had to pay for ourselves) that we didn’t accept, refused to give us a refund. Such a scam! The receptionist took back the hotel room keys, without giving us an refund, We ended up booking another hotel and staying there for the night, but we still expect our money back. After checking out in the first hotel after only five minutes, which was not as expected at all.

I was greeted with great service and was taken care of the whole time. Great location too.

The location The bed was hard like sleeping on a floor. They gave us the 4th floor with no elevator. The front door staff almost charged my husband 6900 instead of just 69 euros and did not know English which is not the best for tourists. The bathtub had stains and looked dirty, and the view from the hotel was just other windows and a lot of trash.

Fantastic & vibrant location right next to a metro station, great restaurants, and the beautiful Porte Saint-Denis landmark. Room was basic, shower was hot, and overall was a great value and I would happily stay again. The staff went above and beyond what was expected during my stay and they certainly are a "Little hotel, with a big heart" There is little sound insulation so you can hear people walking around outside the room but its not so bad to be a deal breaker, did not bother me at all.

location is great, and the room we stayed in on the fifth floor was nice. with a good views. no elevator! which was very difficult but the staff were nice enough to help us with our bags. the entrance tho could use some work. it gives a bad first impression. maybe some renovations.

The hotel itself is pretty old but so mare many buildings in the area.

Love the location. Walk out the door and you are there. No a great view out our window.
