Great location. Walking distance (all uphill, or at least feels like it) from the Cathedral and the many (excellent) restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. There's also a cafe/restaurant/bar only a few meters away and 24hr (i think) convenience store almost across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel's policy/management was, imo, far too rigid in enforcing extra charges for early/late checkout. Nothing major, tbh.

Nothing special about the property except for its location Small rooms. Management wanted to charge an extra €40 for early check in although we informed them that the rooms will only be used to put the luggage in as we were planning to go out. Unpleasant management responses!

problem was the sound of drilling that meant no sleep and then a power cut which resulted in no air conditioning on a very hot night - both led to very very little sleep

The staff, the room with air conditioning, the availability of chilled drinking water and ice at reception. No hot water for part of our stay and the TV not working for a period of time. Both problems were sorted by the staff.
