The location was very convenient. It was extremely clean. The rooms are small and the noise level from other guests entering/exiting their rooms was not pleasant however it’s pretty tight quarters.
-
The location was great. The street side had garbage trucks twice a day, in the evening and early morning. Also the bathroom toilet was right at the entrance to the room like in a closet with no attached sink.
-
Lots of cafes, bars and shops close. Many things we wanted to see and experience were easy to get to. Felt an extra level of safety with dropping off the key every time we left. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Not very sound proof.

Quiet location in Montmartre but near many excellent Bistrots, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Spotlessly clean. Great powerful shower, daily service of the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Very minor points only. The cleaning and laundry supplies are kept in the hallway. One day was missed on the daily service clean & the walls could do with some artwork to elevate the style a little. But none of these took away from how great the hotel is.

We loved Joan! He was so friendly and helpful. The area is quiet & gorgeous- with many cafes and little shops around.

Clean room and big enough for a couple. Staff was nice and helpful. The AC broke down in the top 3 floors during a heat wave for a whole day. However, the staff did their best to keep us updated and gave us a portable fan. The hotel offered us a 20% discount for that night.

Good location near cafes & restaurants and the metro, good breakfast, and air conditioning.

Helpful staff, nice accommodations It was all very nice
-
The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of pastries and breads and eggs you could soft boil yourself! AC worked fine on a hot day. Firm but comfortable bed. Large enough to fit luggage. Will store your luggage.

The room was clean, and everything at the facility worked well (AC, water pressure, etc.). The staff were friendly, professional, and hospitable, especially when following up on an item I thought I’d left behind. It would have been nice to have a single mattress for us as a couple, rather than two twins, but that’s how it often goes in hotels in Europe! We also appreciate more towels, but what we had was sufficient — comfortable, clean, and a good quality.

The breakfast could have had more options.

Wish room had a mini fridge

The hotel is very well located in Montmartre, making it easy to explore the area’s main attractions on foot. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable, cosy and well maintained. I would especially like to praise the gentleman with dreadlocks who checked me in on my first day. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he was extremely kind, professional and welcoming. He spoke several languages, including Portuguese, and provided excellent recommendations and useful tips for visiting Paris. His positive attitude, friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay. In my opinion, he is a tremendous asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for his excellent work. He is truly one of the reasons I would recommend this hotel to other traveller The rooms are quite small, but this is understandable given the location in central Paris.

Hearing too much noise from the hall

We really enjoyed the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. It was a very cozy room and well worth what we paid. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
