It’s close to the Train station. The room was okay, but no body lotion, no earbuds and other things that you would normally find in 4 star hotels. There was garbage just outside of my room 601. THE Holiday Inn and IHG group should do better. In my honest opinion, as a travel content creator, I think NH Hotel collection of Minor Hotel Group are better in their accommodations and services.

Location excellent for Metro.. restaurant choice variety. Excellent .. The bar service was awful. Such a disappointment 20 minutes to get a drink four people in the bar. The staff couldn’t care less, had to find them to pay the bill. Sadly they let the excellent reception team down badly..

I arrived to the hotel at approx. 5pm and our room was not ready. The following morning we noted the duvet had not been changed, only the sheets covering it. It was dirty and stained. The carpets appeared to never had been vacuumed. I had to wear sandals inside the shower because the tile did not look clean. At night, the only time I had to rest after a long day of sightseeing, I came back to a very uncomfortable bed and even more uncomfortable pillows. The TVs for whatever reason lost/had no signal at night and only worked in the morning. The only positive about this place was the location, close to metro, the front desk staff, and the breakfast. The price was too high, as it does not represent the upkeep or hotel amenities, and I would never recommend to anyone. Also, there is only one tiny elevator for all 7 floors. Make sure you are never in a rush to leave if placed on the 7th floor, as it is the same elevator used by EVS. Horrible experience! Read above
