The friendly attention of the staff. It maked me feel very confortable

It had a kettle in the room The WC was narrow

Really small room. No heating in bathroom. Minor wear to the toilet.

Very small rooms. Bathroom had issues, (i.e, tub leaked profusely, flooding bathroom floor, ran out hot water once, toilet seat hard to deal with).

Location very far from the city center! Noisy from other rooms! Furniture was old.

The hotel had very friendly and professional staff, and its location was great ،right next to the metro station. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location might be a bit out of the way (not by far) but the fact that is has an entrance to the #3 metro LITERALLY next to the entrance of the hotel makes up for it. You can easily reach any attraction in the city within 20-30 minutes, and no more than switching trains once. Metro is €2.50, so good deal. The station by the hotel is Porte de Bagnolet, take the exit marked 3 (rue de la Py) and you will be standing right next to the hotel entrance when you exit. They have an (albeit very small) elevator in the hotel. Area is safe. Internet is complete crap. Measured 1 Mbps up and down. Most of the time it was completely unusable. Ended up using my phone data all of the time. Rooms are not big but works. No refrigerator.

Decent price compared to other hotels. Location far from attractions. Metro near wasn’t working. You have to use the tram to get you to the nearest metro station. Facilities was okay suitable for a few days only.

staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. nothing exceptional, room clean and quiet and bigger than expected, no complaints whatsoever, would stay there again all good

Location and was cleaned every day. Easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotelroom was not clean at all. The hotel looks spooky! Never mind

Room was pretty much what we expected for the price, clean and just enough space for me and my family. Well the toilet had a funny smell the last day and the breakfast option was a little short although fr the price I think it was quite fair.

Location, area is very close to every thing. In the front of hotel there is a Metro station, market.. And so on Staff very very kind, we arrived before the time of checkin they help us to check in early.. The view of room is super Team of service very clean.. Really I recommend it♥️♥️ Just the room is very cozy but it's so beautiful

Very nice hotel. Clean with cubby holes and hangers to keep clothes and luggage organized. Tub shower with plenty of room. Window overlooked street with great people-watching from our window. Great grocery store with good variety just across the street. Chicken's King, a fast food place next to the grocery store, was also a fun experience. The location was a little far from Paris center but very close to the famous cemetery and Belleville, and there is a metro stop just outside hotel entrance. The room doors are a little loud when closing so if people are up late, can be hard to sleep.

Nice hotel, we stayed 3 nights. Good lockation near metro, 2 markets are very close. Anfortunately last day room was not cleaned and rubish was not thrown out. Sunday night was very noisy outside, dont know is it always like thus on sundays or only this time. Ee didnt take breackfast from there. There was teapot in the room. Reasonable for this price but should be more careful about cleaning
