Location & staff are accomodating.

Receptionist that checked us in was very helpful, room was pretty spacious but lacked fridge. breakfast was good, and I'd definitely recommend it. There's bus station just around the corner and few minutes of walk to metro station. If I ever come back to Paris, I'll be coming here again.

Nice quiet area with excellent food shops and bakeries and supermarkets Nothing
-
Clean, quiet, good breakfast included, and great room for five. Quit neighborhood
-
The subway near about 8 min. walk Staff: Paul the receptionist is very kind and helpful. Food: Not bad for the price The room is not that clean. They’re have a smell in the bathroom. Everytime that I leave the message to clean the room. They change only the towel and done!

The room had a musty, moldy smell that would never leave. The shower sprays onto the bathroom floor with a drain in the center of the room, so the bathroom never dries out. The entire bathroom floor stays wet all day. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls that had been painted over (poorly). This is an old hospital building that they have converted into a hotel, so you are basically crammed into an old hospital room. It is creepy.

- The location is very basic but it's good for the price for sure -The room size are big, I had a twin room. - The location, can't complain, there are walking distance tram stations and metros. - Also, basic room amenities, breakfast options are okay-ish, I spent most of the time eating outside. - If you prefer a city center location hotel, this is not the best option, but you can reach the center in less than an hour. Quiet neighborhood. - the entrance to the hotel was hard to find and not very obvious.

Good for the price.
-
Close to train station and tram. Nice neighborhood, plenty of restaurants around. Nothing
-
Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Si vous venez en voiture, pensez à prevenir l'hôtel en avance. Places limitées, et coût supplémentaire de 20€ par nuit. Petit déjeuner très correcte.

Personnel was really helpful Dirty bathroom & housekeeper forgetting to change the towels TWICE

Its cheap for 1 night stay its good solution. Bed linnes were clean. Metro its not far from. I came at night time so i felt a bit unsafe in the area. I didn’t like the bathroom, and there was no hairdryer. Also there is no plug in-s by the bed, not so important but it would be nice .

The room was excellent for this price. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect. Location was very close to the metro and Tram station. I don't think it has any negative point

We like the location and cleanliness of rooms We had expectations in bathroom the water from shower will come from top so we could have great shower but it only had a handle with pouring water
-
Facilities was not that good Pretty much
-
The staff was good The bathroom is which are attached to the room are not good if you take shower the water spill out of the bathroom door
-
Quiet, gated hostel that is mainly used as student housing. Rooms were a good size with a private bathroom and a shower that had both hot water and pressure. Breakfast was simple but provided in the price. Accessories like a kettle or hair dryer were able to be borrowed by asking the front desk. While located further in the east end, it was a quick 10 minute walk to the metro, providing easy access to the rest of Paris. Not a complaint but be advised it is further to the east so can be approximately a 20-30+ minutes metro ride to reach other districts.

Straff were not very friendly and the Late Checkout fee was applied to us even though we were just 30 min late to check out due to the Room Access Card being locked in the room. RThere was no were written about the late checkoput fee even for 30 minutes and nor it was communicated at the checkIn time that there would be late checkout fee. Another staff told that it should not be applied till the 1 hour of Late checkout and only to be aplied beyond 1 hours which was not the case with ours. Staff understanding of English and behaviour

Was surprised by the size of the rooms and by the free breakfast.
