Franck at breakfast was very attentive during breakfast, was able to assist us with directions and other things we needed The front desk weren’t as helpful as they could be, couldn’t get any internet throughout our stay and the front desk never got back to us

Right in the center and the metro or tube was just opposite connecting the whole of paris. Could not go wrong. There were several Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants close by. So food was not an issue at all. The breakfast was very good. And the staff polite and brilliant. Would recommend and stay here again. Took the room on the 5th floor so had a good view of the night eiffel tower. Brilliant. The shower was a wee bit lagy.

This hotel has an excellent metro connections and extremely friendly staff. They let us check in right away, which may not always happen but was so helpful. The bed could be a little bit softer, but it’s still pretty comfortable.

Excellent location, with easy access to the metro outside the hotel. La République also has plenty to offer for food and convenience. Works being undertaken in the building beneath the room. Drilling commenced at 9am and continued until late, as late as 11pm one night.

Extremely disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza Paris République. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable during the 10 days I stayed there. It was connected but wouldn't load anything - no Instagram, no Netflix, not even WhatsApp messages. For a hotel this expensive, not having reliable internet is inconceivable. Overpriced for what is offered.

Location and staff! The best 2 things about this hotel. Extremely disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza Paris République. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable during the 10 days I stayed there. We enjoyed our stay Crowne Plaza Republique. It is located in a central spot right next to the busy Place de la Republique, which is busy and bustling with lots of people. There is very quick access to restaurants and Metro. The Room is newly renovated and has air conditioning. There ares two levels. Bedroom on the bottom with another bedroom (pullout bed) and small living room upstairs. It's a little tricky to get to, but accessible by lift. It is relatively quiet, private and has nice views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. Bathroom is brand new as well. Breakfast is included and it is great with a wide variety of food, including made-to-order omelets/eggs. Staff were courteous and kind. The bed was a little bit too firm for our taste. There are many homeless people around the hotel. However, they didn't bother anyone.

Beds are very comfortable, staff are very Friendly Door's room when clients close it it wakes us up! There was a mouse at the terrace and when I told the waiter he wasn't that surprised as if it was normal!
