Staff are very helpful and kind, nothing too much trouble. Room was beautiful, quiet and immaculate. There were lovely details (special teas, complementary sweets and madeleines). The breakfast is substantial, with lots of choice. And the location is ideal, being in the heart of the Marais. Nothing

Great location less than 5 minutes from République metro station and on the edge of the Marais. Lots of good indie restaurants within a few minutes' walk (lots of chains around République too if that's your thing) - best food I had on my trip was at MASLOW Temple, 3 minutes' walk away. The hotel has a typical layout for its type, with extremely compact rooms and a breakfast room in the cellar, but in the sub-cellar it also has an excellent sauna and steam room which makes it stand out! It also has a rooftop terrace with an interesting view over Paris rooftops. The rooms also have comfortable modern beds and proper air conditioning that works very well - which is still very rare in Paris. Overall, the best Paris hotel I've stayed in for years. Housekeeping seemed short-staffed, there were often people waiting in the lobby for their room to be ready, and one day they didn't visit my room until 5pm, when I'd been out all day, but had come back and was in the shower. I don't care about having my bed made for me every day so this is a very minor point, but it's the only negative I could think of.

Wonderful location, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are super soft and comfortable. Though our room faced the main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The room is small but that is normal across Paris! And there is enough cupboard space to keep all the bags and clothes. We had breakfast only once but it was really good. Nothing not to like! I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to several Metro lines. The staff was super nice, and the neighborhood had tons of restaurants and boulangeries. Our room had a good bit of mood in the bathroom and some above the beds. It affected my daughter terribly and me to a lesser degree. Within minutes of coming back from our day, she would be completely congested and not feel well. The bathroom was also uncomfortably small.
