The location of the hotel is excellent, conveniently located steps away from Metro, buses, and Tram. Public transportation is excellent in this area. Very clean and staff is polite. Love the comfort rooms. You have to request an iron from the desk and leave a refundable €20 deposit. This is very inconvenient.

clean, helpful staff being stuck in the lift for 30 seconds - the doors got jammed and I dont even think the staff were aware. Also breakfast options - pastries didn't taste fresh

Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda, además me pareció bien ubicado, caminé casi toda mi estadía, a 30 minutos caminando ya estaba en algún lugar turístico y habían muchas opciones de cafés y restaurantes cerca Se escuchaba mucho ruido, no se si era del tren o maletas o que.

Wi-fi did not work well at all. Every time it was disconnected and connection was poor.

Location is near porte of clichy and many restaurants and supermarkets. The size of the room was perfect compared to other hotels in Paris.

Room didn’t have a mini fridge, the shower didn’t close correctly so the bathroom would get flooded and the room was incredibly hot, I tried telling the receptionist to check the air conditioner but nothing changed during the stay. Some of the staff was nice but while I was checking in they chatted between themselves in french - which i don’t understand - and didn’t pay much attention to me. They didn’t tell me my room number and scribbled it on my card but the numbers were written so badly I had to ask a nice lady from the housekeeping to help me find the correct room and we had to try three different ones before finding the correct room. Sometimes when I went in and out of the hotel I said hello to the staff but never got a reply. As someone who’s worked in a hotel I found that incredibly weird.

The room was nice, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room only had two large towels, with no small face towels provided. However, the large towels were replaced daily, which I appreciated.

Convenient location , neat & clean facilities I was expecting a small refrigerator and some drinking water on the room and. Many hotels provide toothpaste and stuff like that. This hotel was missing those things

Overall, the hotel may be acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit. Very close to metro station. The room door and windows have practically no sound insulation. You can hear almost everything happening in the corridor and outside the hotel. I even woke up in the middle of the night because I could hear an iPhone vibrating in another room. I also wish the hotel provided at least a hand towel in addition to the single bath towel. While hotel parking is an advantage, there is no elevator to get there, so you have to struggle with the luggage up/down the stairs.

Good neighborhood Réception really kind and helpful Value for the money 100% We had just arrived and requested more shampoo and shower gel because it was finished on the room and they wanted to charge us extra. Other day: We put a do not disturb message on the door and houseekeeping entered without checking if there was someone. That was uncomfortable. Anyways value for the money and because the reception was so kind to us with breakfasts and attentive I will return

Locaton was easy for parking gargae and multiple train lines Air conditioner was nonexistent, literally had to sleep naked ontop of covers to try to not sweat while sleeping

Location, location next to the metro lines, it was very easy to connect every way we needed. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.
