The hotel was very clean, and the lobby spacious. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel as a hotel was very value for money, it is what you would expect from a budget category hotel chain. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The area was very nice and quiet. We were there for a big k-pop concert and especially at night when we were returning home from the stadium, it felt safe. The area is very close to Stade de France by the way, only 30 mins by metro, and this is also why we chose this hotel. It's close to Paris center too, short metro rides and short walking distance from Musee d'Orsay and other locations we needed for our BTS Paris tour (Pop-Up store, Pick-Up locations, etc.) The hotel and general area was packed with fans which made our experience even better. Next time we're coming to Paris, we're definitely going to book this hotel again! There's nothing that I can say I didn't like, since it was what I expected

Lots of restaurants at walkable distance-Indian/Chinese/French/Italian… walkable subway station, near to railway and bus stations Staff rude at times

We stayed for 2 nights. It is situated next to the Tribunal, close to the metro (around 5+ minutes). The AC was working fine and the room was well soundproofed (considering we are next to the main road). The staff was friendly, free water at the reception. Across the street there are homeless people living in tents.

The room could be cleaner, the bed could be comfier and in general the value for money could be better

Great location we can take a metro in 500m Room is very small
-
The location is perfect The bed sheet wasn’t clean i feel itching when i sleep, the room is too small and the most crazy thing (the toilet is smaller than you expect) the toilet is like caravan bathroom. I recommend them to change the bed sheet, i didn’t feel comfortable, the sheets is not clean at all

Staff No fridge in the room

I paid for an early check and when I got to the room and check the room out I noticed the restroom toilet was not cleaned and a light fixture above the bed was damaged but still working. I informed the person at the front desk, but no one went to repair it. I did not want to be blended for the damage light fixture.

Large and confortable room. Very quiet and peaceful. The ecological policy leading to extra low flowing water in the shower is extremely annoying. I disliked the shower experience a lot.

its at the metro Very rude staff except one person. They have made us pay additional for breakfast even though we presented proof that we had previously paid. After this fact every morning they still had a problem in their system and required more money with we did not pay and we demanded that they would check many times. breakfast was not bad but it was not what I expected for that price. The room was super unclean and very noisy there is a construction going on at the moment right next to the hotel. I would not recommend.

The location is amazing and the bed was clean There was no services like a safe in the room or any bathroom products. There was paint peeling of the wall. Staff during checkin would not look you in the eye and would not acknowledge your existence

Value aginst service and facility
-
Everything was good, but you could add more options on the TV, like Netflix and YouTube.

Didn’t have breakfast. If staff were more communicative in English to non-French speakers.
