Very accessible location Showers could’ve been cleaner

Convenient 24‑hour check‑in, which helped since I arrived late on the Eurostar. At check‑in, I was charged an additional fee for the room, payable by card or cash. Staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The room had three custom-made bunk beds that were larger than standard bunks with privacy curtains, .bedside sockets and a lamp. There was plenty of space for luggage storage, although the room itself felt a bit tight with limited space to move around. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The property had two elevators, which made it convenient to access the room. Baggage storage was available for a fee, and payment was card only. The hostel is also conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from a direct bus stop to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Lots of buses available. The toilet and shower are shared with other rooms on the floor. They were clean and included a hairdryer, but the bathroom floor was constantly wet, and the showers were very small with no place to keep clean clothes dry. There is no kitchen available, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Fortunately, there is a grocery store right next door. There is also no washing machine or dryer, but a laundromat is within walking distance.

The rooms had a good layout and clean and nice. Tje staff were friendly and helpful overall. The luggage cabinet was broken and the bathrooms were always dirty. The shower areas were always very dirty and a bit small.

Nothing! It was a nightmare No hygiene at all. No soap in bathrooms. Bad smell at every bathroom.

The location was nice and has a rooftop lobby The facility was old and the room is so small. I was in a mixed dorm with 3 other males, and 2 of them were middle aged men who seem to be living there for more than a week. I mentioned to the staff that if it was possible to switch rooms and they just shrugged and said it’s all full. Oh, also the locker in my room was broken, asked to fixed it and was never fixed for the 5 days I was there.

The location is conveniently close to the Metro. The beds are very comfortable Your best bet is booking the private room with private bathroom. Do it if you can otherwise you get what you pay for.

Nothing Rude reception, worst facility

It didn’t feel safe (the entrance inside the building is full of drunk and homeless people at night), dirty bathrooms with a lack of tissues,disrespectful staff (thinking i dont understand french the receptionist was making jokes about my passport and nationality)

Staff : Adrien was so helpful and understanding to my situation when my flight delayed and he made it super easy for me to rebook another day. Location. The metro is literally across the street and it easy to get to the Eiffel Tower and other sites from there. In addition food and other necessities are to the left and right of the establishment, with others in close proximity as well. I woukd definitely recommend it.

There were no kitchen you could utilize to cook or store food in, if you had to store luggage after checking out, you had to pay. There was only one lobby at the terrace, and they close it around 00.30, so you either have to go back to your room or find an open restaurant at that hour, coincidentally the restaurant right beside it is open until super late. Still, compared to the other hostels I stayed in, it certainly isn't ideal. A day into our stay, they decided to renovate the lobby and the terrace, and towards the end of our stay one of the elevators was out of order.

Washroom had constantly wet floors

The staff wake me up at 2 am to ask my name for no reason.

Great location right next to metro station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Privacy curtains were great. Really small showers with floors and stool often soaking wet. Ladder to top bunks squeak very loudly when going up and down them.

It was very clean and comfortable. I lived the rooftop bar you could see the Eiffel Tower from there. The staff was pleasant. Very affordable. They have lockers you can rent to put your belongings in. My first time staying in a hostel, this exceeded my expectations. It was a little tucked off, was a bit of a challenge to find.

The breakfast was not possible to eat, bad tasting, low quality.

Location and view. No kitchen or common area to eat our own food. Had to go outside to eat as no food allowed in dorms and you can only eat the food served at the restaurant on the terrace (cannot bring your own). I normally don’t say anything about staff but everyone I interacted with while there was busy doing something else that did not appear work related and I felt like a nuisance for asking for simple things or questions.

Some users in the shared rooms are not clean.

The elevator was not working well and also they did not provide us with card/key :( said that they had some problems with the system.

Location was good. Room was clean and comfy.
