Location Unfortunately, property doesn’t have AC

Extremely forthcoming and kind Staff, also possible to deposit luggage after check-out. Reception open 24/7 you just have to ring the bell. The room was small, the bathroom as well and there (in the bathroom) weren't any windows so it was quiet humid and hot, but none of this was insufferable.

Amazing location and kindest staff

I was charged twice for the room. First when I booked the room on booking.com and then again when I checked in because the concierge said there had been no payment made. The staff at the hotel acknowledged the error later but referred me to booking.com for my refund. Three months later I’m still waiting. A freaking nightmare . . . I would not recommend booking.com.

Everything was excellent, the staff was so friendly, helpful. The room was clean, comfortable for all my family. A market was nearby. Just the location was far from center, but it was my fault.

My second time staying in this hotel. Perfect location for the metro. The choice of restaurants, bars etc. The quietness.

Wifi has a weird system on a code and it didn't work on our first day.

Everything, clean comfortable with a very nice staff. I managed the stairs. I am 68 years old. I like the exercise and it is a real Parisian Hotel…stairs are part of the charm to me.

good location, easy to get there and check in the cockroach on our bed… when i told this at the reception next morning, the answer was, ‘only one?’ well.. good that i didn’t know. generally, the facilities were good for a one night sleep, and it was warm, but the roaches are non-negotiable to me

Small room

The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located near Place de la Nation, which is ideal if you need to use public transport while in Paris. There are also many restaurants, a pharmacy, and stores nearby. Overall, it's good value for money and ideal for a short solo stay. The rooms are quite small, especially the bathrooms - this, however, is quite standard for most Parisian hotels, so it's not a complaint, just a reality. There is also no lift, so it's good to keep that in mind if you are travelling with a lot of luggage (again, this is frequently the case in smaller hotels in Paris's centre, since they are often in older buildings).

The reception area and the staff was very nice

The room was comfortable, clean and appropriately sized. The shower water pressure was fantastic, and I'm certain I'd struggle to find better pressure in Paris. Crisp, clean bedding and excellent room heating. The only minor inconvenience was the slight difficulty positioning the showerhead in the bathroom; however, this was easily ignored and would not bother most travellers.

The location, the staff, the room and the very affordable breakfast - SUPER ?❤️

Staff is very friendly, location is excellent, near to the subway, RER, bus station, there are a lot of cafes, small restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Room is not too big but comfortable. Bathroom is very small and uncomfortable.

Uncomfortable bed, too small bathroom but ok
-
Small but clean When taking shower, water spreads around and it becomes slippery. Location is good close to the subway network and bus station and BUS Line 351 is going express to CDG terminal 1-2 and 3 by 5 minutes of walk from terminus by using the tunnel

Everyone was so welcoming and the location is just perfect! So many transport choices 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The neighbourhood feels very safe as well.

they gave me the most tiny room they have; in a corner of the second floor, I don't mind they don't have stairs but at least they should assigned me a decent room. the bathroom, the toilet, was less than a meter away from where I have to sleep. they spread the bed covers and linens in the stair hand rails and they stay there the whole day. it was disagreeable.
