Practical for the area I needed to be at. I had booked one day prior for an early check in the next day. Staff on shifts had poor communication between them despite leaving notes with the request. The rooms were not allocated so check in took a while. AC's did not work in the rooms. We were then moved to other rooms. Overall it was ok. I've stayed at VOCO in Osaka and this was not anywhere close in terms of aesthetic and professionalism.

Staff were very helpful and efficient Their air con wasn’t working very well, they did tell us at check in, but there was no mention of this on bookings. It’s very hard to change hotels when you have arrived, but the staff did allow us to see the rooms.
