friendly staff. helped me with my suitcase. the room was clean and the shower worked. the shower products were okay but not sufficient. the location close to the station was great. the hotel does NOT have an elevator. I had to ask for help with my suitcase. the room was so tiny I could not even open my suitcae on the floor. the hotel is not easy to find.

Location is great! Less than a minute walk in metro station and the hotel street is within a bunch of restaurants, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Since there’s no elevator they helped carry my luggage when I checked in. They dont have pressing iron for clothes and a fan that will be helpful if you come in summer.

close to train station Tiny room. Very hot and stuffy. Bathroom sink is so small, there is no place to even put down your toothbrush and pick up a razor. No bathroom glass,

The staff and very convenient location, very close to subway stations.Lively neighborhood. There was a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. If you’re a light sleeper, it won’t be a good experience because you can hear everything going on inside and out on the street. If you travel in the hot months, there is no AC. Fortunately we had a great weather during our stay.

The hotel was very clean, recently renovated, and located in a great area. It was close to public transport and made it easy to explore Paris. The staff was welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well maintained The only minor downside was the sound insulation, as some noise from neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard.

Nothing This is a an absolute fraud and the worst experience of my life with a hotel. They didn’t have a room for me and didn’t even reimburse me (yes you read that right - no room in the hotel I book but no reimbursement). They wanted to force me to go another hotel owned by the same owner, who is unbelievably rude and dishonest.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, we had to catch a train early in the morning to Bayonne. There were plenty of places around to get food. Like most of Europe no air conditioner so the room was hot. We opened the window to help get air circulated.

Location was perfect, convenient, and great for exploring. It's a small property, but you know that when booking! So overall, not necessarily a bad thing.

Well, the location was good and the receptionist helped carry my suitcase up to the very narrow and steep stairs. I didn’t notice this is a 2 star hotel when I booked it (given the outrageous price). I stayed there only for one night before flying out again so I didn’t need much: basically just a comfy bed and clean bathroom. The floor was clearly very dirty and not clean (I walked my barefoot for 30 seconds and was shocked seeing the bottom of my feet. The bathroom is minimal but at least it has hot water. What was shocking to me is that they didn’t have even a fan (think about scorching Paris weather in the summer). Well, needless to say, I was sleeping in my sweat ???

Front Desk responded positively to our request for a bed size upgrade from full to queen. Unfortunately front desk staff was unable to move us to main floor... Received some help with luggage during arrival.... Room was clean and well maintained Rate was better than other properties in the area,...which helped to justify the challenges Proximity to Train Station, restaurants and shopping was excellent No AC...temps were in 90's. A fan would have helped. No elevator...at least 30 stairs to the 1st floor. There was no one at the front desk during our 8:45am departure to help with luggage. Room was small and bathroom even smaller...we made it work. Noise facing busy street outside window with restaurants and vehicle movement
