They were accommodating with suitcases since we arrived early and then reached out as soon as room was ready which was earlier than the check in time. Front staff was friendly. There was no heat while there in January. Needed to plug in a space heater. It was smaller than it appeared in pics. Shower and bathroom were tiny and parts of walls were chipped and cracked. Only got three bath towels no hand towels. The elevator was tiny and hard to maneuver in and out of with tiny stairs by it.

The room and bathroom was spacious by Paris standard, beautiful balcony, staff helpful and friendly, good and clean facilities and free hot beverages. Close to Gar du Nord, great restaurants and markets. This was not a fancy place but the price and description/reviews reflected that, was not expected

Great location for the activities we were doing. We were able to easily catch train for day time activities and often walk to what we were doing at night often wine or diner. Comfortable bed. Balcony was a bit small. Only one chair as a couple tough to enjoy together. Shower was small also.

Great location close to the Gare du Nord as well as the Notre Damme. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the reception area were a nice addition. The stairs were quite small and round so were not very convenient with the baggage. However, the is an elevator which was convenient.

Comfortable bed, nice staff, big lobby with complimentary coffee/tea. Shower was super small, small counter space for toiletries. Room was tight on space. Nowhere for bags, closet too small, not enough hangers.

This hotel exceded my expectations, my daughter and I arrived early for check-in and the hotel has facilities to take a shower and change downstairs, they provided towels and made our arrival pleasant and ready to start exploring around. Very well located, close to train stations and bus transportation. Nice atmosphere, although the rooms are a little small. Beds are confortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. To walk around is safe and nice, I already recommended the hotel to a friend that is going to Paris soon. The elevator was not working at the moment, although the staff helped with the luggage when we arrived.

The location was great! Very close to buses to take you main attractions (Eiffel Tower, Louvre). It was also close to the train station that takes you to the airport. The room was very clean as well and was made up each day and new towels provided. The building itself is older so noise travels easily. It didn’t keep us up or anything, just took us a bit to get used to. It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room to store things in.

We stayed at a private room with a balcony. The room was standard but the bathroom was bigger and spacious than other hotels we have stayed in Europe. The bed and the pillows (we asked for 2 extra pillows) were really comfortable. We weren’t aware that to get to the elevator you had to go up stairs, there’s not an elevator at the lobby. With heavy suitcases that was a challenge; and then to get to our room on the 6th floor we had to get the elevator to level 5th and then go up some stairs with the luggage. The elevator was the tinniest elevator I have ever seen in my life and with suitcases was really hard to get in. So keep in mind you will need to carry your luggage and no one will help you.

The best part was the location of the hotel - nearby metro stops, cafes, bakeries and a grocery store Franprix a few steps away. The lobby area was also quite nice - free hot drinks offered from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The elevation from 1 st flor only. You need to take stairs first to rich it. So if you are with bid luggage, it is complicated. The bathroom too small, no hair -dryer, shower cabin is tiny - you can hardly take shower (60 sm x60 sm may be less)

Good location, good shower and comfortable bed. Nice to have a free coffee in the morning. Lots of helpful leaflets in the foyer.

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

It was close to stations and where we wanted to go

Location - good for walking to Montmartre and the metro, close to lots of restaurants and bakeries. Friendly staff. The free coffee in the morning was much appreciated! Comfortable bed. My room was fine for one person but would be too small for two. I would have appreciated a desk chair but there probably isn’t enough room.

Quaint room, room has balcony and fortunately very quiet, staff and location. We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Room and shower are tiny. However, the location made it perfect for us.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

i was given a “double room” the size of a bed with a minuscule bathroom. i complained and i was given a better room slightly bigger 1.5 feet on either side if bed with still minuscule bathroom. i liked the gesture. The staff was pleasant and basically bilingual. The location was near restaurants and the Gare du Nord. It was remodeled recently and upgrade from a hostel. very clean bedding and comfortabke bed. look for the bakcony floor. much better. slightly expensive for what it is. elevator stops at half floors with no landing to speak off. if you are handicapped or weak of legs, do not book here. corridors are dire looking with depressing black carpet and dark blue painted wainscots, so are the rooms. Do not allow them to house you on last floor. Not suitable for long stay.
