Stuff Bathroom to small

Good value for monet. The room was quite comfortable, not very spacious, but had everything you need (even an electric kettle and tea/coffee with biscuits). The staff is very responsive and always there to assist. Also appreciated quite late check-out time (11:30) and possibility to leave the luggage until actual departure. Nothing to be blamed for the hotel. The only drawback is the arrea (Gare Du Nord), which does not feel like particularly safe. But the hotel may not be held responsible for that.

Location to metro and food No air cond but they provide a fan

This is my second visit to Altona, and I was as pleased as the first. Courteous and clean. Great service. The closest train station is not appealing to view. However I never felt unsafe.

Good value for money, staff helpful and generally very clean. Great location! It was very warm and we only had a fan in the room which helped slightly, but not enough. On the final night, the house keeping changed our bedding and we had two wet brown stains on top of the duvet cover. Didn't mention as it was late and we weren't using the duvet cover due to the heat.

The room was small and newly refurbished, very clean but lots of small snags which were corrected when explained to staff. Bottled water supplied as well as tea, coffee and biscuits No air conditioning just a small fan which wasn’t enough to keep the room cool. Situated In a difficult area when with a child. Difficult to find the hotel in the extreme heat when you have luggage and taxis were not an option

✨Magnifique! ✨ This hotel was recommended to me by my friend and everything was great! We stayed for five days and everything was clean and the stuff was helpful and friendly. Much love to the man on the reception who showed us how to get to Versailles without any problems. Also a big thank you for the free water they give us everyday! Perfect accommodation for young broke people want to see this lovely city!✨ There’s no AC, but we didn’t need it. The street is way too loud but it was acceptable.

Paris itself is lovely..stunning views & attractions..history & architecture &plenty of shopping for the women The hotel itself didnt feel like a hotel..looks more like a house / fappartments kinda converted but not to any middling standard..The beds in the hotel were more like homeless beds compared to hotel beds..my daughter & myself woke up every day with sore backs & she's only 19..poor poor quality of beds..location of hotel itself is OK because the users rides are only 30 mins max from all attractions & are very reasonably priced..would i recommend this hotel to a friend..NO WAY..unless your on a very tight budget stay away..spend the few extra euros on a better hotel & you will save it on the taxi fares..& your back will thank you aswell..

We were provided complimentary breakfast for first day. That was really kind. The neighbourhood is not very good but location is good to access all attractions.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was dirty and dusty and the bathroom was stinky. They did clean it every day but it still had parts such as the fan be so dusty and the bedding had stains. The bathroom smelled like a gutter...
