Great hotel and great location, great staff All was perfect

Room was very large by Paris standards. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well (which isn't always the case in Paris). The reception personnel were most helpful. Overall, a very nice boutique hotel. The breakfast was good, however, the scrambled eggs were always cold even if you went early.

I was a pleasant stay. Also great location, near Montmartre neighbour hood.

This is now my goto hotel when I visit Paris. Very nicely maintained room and super comfy bed. Working staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Great design, comfortable room, free, coffee, and water in the lobby and a nice outdoor area with chairs to relax on The property has really nothing around it. You can easily take the bus to get to the city centre or other areas of Lyon. You cannot pop out for a coffee or breakfast in the morning or easily or easily come home between your daytime exploring an evening dinner.

Nice rooms with spacious, modern bathrooms. The front dest staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked that they supplied a bottle in the rooms that allowed us to fill with filtered still or sparkling water. The location is pretty good. a few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations. We could easily walk to Moulin Rouge and the Montmartre neighborhood. I wouldn't call it a happening area, but more of a lived in part of town with a few nice places to have an aperitivo and a few places with late night eats. I would definitely stay here again. Our rooms were not cleaned after we had been out for a long day. We were informed that cleaning services don't really start until after 3pm, but we were exhausted from an early morning excursion that kept us out until about 4pm. They did bring us fresh towels, and it wasn't a huge deal to us to have the rooms clean since we were only there for 2 nights, but I could see that becoming an issue for longer stays.

Location was great, and the staff were super friendly. Room was a good size and it has everything that we needed. The room had a smell of drains which seemed to happen every time we would leave for the day. The room cleaning during the day was not particularly good, there were towels left on racks bunched up and generally not folded etc which made us wonder what exactly was being done other than the bed being made. We got in at 2am one night after being at the Moulin Rouge, and nobody was in reception to let us in which meant we were left standing outside for 10 mins until someone finally answered. I understand locking the hotel door but why can this not be triggered by a room key? Bed was comfortable, but room was on the small side. We were only there for 2 days so it wasn't so much of a problem, but if you're staying for longer there isn't loads of room to hang lots of clothes up for 2 people for example.

Spacious, luxurious room! I had hoped to see the Eiffel tower, but that was on the other side. I suspect the pictures were not helping...

The location is absolutely exceptional — perfectly situated and ideal for exploring Paris. The property itself is stunning: beautifully designed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the elegant interiors to the calm, refined atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt high-quality and well maintained. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Nothing at all — everything was excellent.

Location is great. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Breakfast was great quality but too few choices. The Eiffel Tower view wasn’t as promised—it was quite far and partly blocked by buildings and the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos.

Nice hotel in

I loved everything about this property. The location was excellent. I could get to so many parts of town so easily with the metro stop just five minutes away. The staff was extremely kind and I was upgraded to a beautiful room on a high floor with a lovely city view. The welcome note that was on my bed when I arrive was a great extra touch.

It was very hot in our room We could not adjust the tempertature, since it is autumn! It was also extremely dry air in the room.

Very warm and welcoming staff; my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Nothing I didn't like.

I would have loved to have some body lotion and small amenity kit (with cotton swabs and rounds) in the bathroom, but this is not a dealbreaker!
