Location, great interior courtyard, quirky design Service was awful, except for me personally: Brian. The rest, terrible, both at counter and at service in the restaurant. I also did not like the lack of privacy of my bathroom overlooking the courtyard. I left two packages in consignments to recuperate w three days later when landing back in Paris and my packages had been tempered with, apparently due to a water damage… some items were wet in the bag. I will have to assess damage when I can open everything and identify if items are missing. Also, wvtgree times I ate at the restaurant, service was inattentive and inconsistent. And finally, when departing the establishment, I was struggling with all my bags and asked the reception clerk which door was the easisst to manage in French, I was answered, without offering any help: « La Porte, madame » on a tone that implied as I was stupid. Zero help. Staff standing by, nothing to do except chat amongst themselves.

Gorgeous, jewel-like room with an amazingly comfortable bed. Despite being in a great location with fabulous restaurants on the doorstep, the room was incredibly quiet. We also loved the courtyard oasis.

An elegant and comfortable hotel in the attractive 17th. Very close to many great restaurants. The service was superior. Shout out especially to Jeffrey and Brian at the front desk (I think I have their names correct). Nothing we disliked.

Excellent property and staff in a fabulous location where great restaurants abound

Location and staff were terrific

The property was gorgeous and I loved the way the rooms were decorated. The only issue wasn’t the hotel but we had a room with windows on the street side in a lively neighborhood, so it was a bit loud.
-
Loved the neighborhood. Restaurant was awesome. Staff was wonderful. We loved the rooms and all the decor. So charming! It was our final three nights in Paris and we loved it! Nothing. Loved it all.

Breakfast good. Needed a little variety, with fresh fruit, etc. Not everybody is crazy about pain au chocolat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Certainly a reason to go back! Although I lived in Paris for many years, I would have liked more information on the quarter such as recommended restaurants, places of interest, shopping, etc.

Love the unique vibe of this hotel! Fantastic location! Nothing! Would stay here again.

The hotel feels like a part of the local community where many people come by and have food & drinks. The garden is lovely and so is the aesthetics of the room, which reminded me of Victorian era design. Front desk was very helpful and helped me to check into the room as soon as possible. Overall a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not included in the offer, which was clear on Booking, but their website says they have breakfast, worth keeping in mind! The restaurant looked great, but we didn't eat there. Their pillows are down and VERY flat, the only issue we had with comfort (that is also just a preference thing).

Great boutique hotel in a super trendy part of town. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excelent, rooms super charming and quiet (we were off the courtyard). The restaurant is fabulous and very popular. Make a reservation in advance if you want a table. Its a beautiful setting and you'll wish you did. nothing

Amazing location , excellent restaurant, the largest room we have ever had in Paris !

Very comfortable

We loved everything. The most special hotel in Paris.
-
The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The decor was lovely. The hotel is a bit removed from the city center but still accessible by walking, metro or bus. The neighborhood was interesting. The breakfast service needs improvement and is not good value. Notably, the coffee was weak and the size of the pastries and bread was minimal given the cost of 16 euro. The room temperature was a little cold during the day.

Bteakfast was good. Location is good. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk and the weekend front desk people lacked knowledge of their city.
