Location was nice Breakfast hall was small confined with low ceilings and really oppressive feeling.

Fantastic hotel in the cosy Marais neighbourhood. Very friendly personel, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Wonderful with the garden, very quiet and close to metro. We highly recommend it!

The staff are very helpful when I asked for an iron and ice were delivered to the room very promptly. Aircon in the room wasn't working when we arrived in 38 degree heat, I had to suggest to them that perhaps they could give us a fan? Eventually they did so the rest of the stay was fine.

The hotel is very handily located close to Metro Line 8. Its very clean, the staff are very helpful, the air conditioning is good and it is stylish.

We stayed there last year and it was wonderful. Don’t know what has happened, but it seems that everything was “let go. Very tired looking in the room. Elevators didn’t work 3 out of 3 days either leaving or coming, causing us to have to climb 2 flights of outside stairs. The last day of our stay we got back to the room at 5:30 and housekeeping hadn’t come at all! See above.

was pretty standard staff were not really helpful (all but one) room was positioned adjacent to the lift so was very noisy when people were waiting for the (lift to be expected) not great considering we paid for a quiet room restaurant was too busy to cater for the guests of the hotel
