Given our late arrival, which we notified you about, it would have been better to allocate a room closer to the entrance. We had to carry luggage up and down multiple stairs, across two courtyards, and down corridors at 11.30 pm. It wasn't a great start.

Patio! And localization. Nothing.

Very good

Location is very good, 200m from a metro station, 4-6 metro stops (~15min) away from the city centre. Taxi costs 10 to 15€ from the hotel to all major city-centre attractions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Small kitchenette is useful for a warm drink or snack. All personell were friendly and willing to assist with luggage, bookings, info, etc. The patio in the middle is not large but adds a very nice feeling to the rooms' view. Breakfast in not special, yet quite expensive for the variety it offers. We just checked it and chose to have breakfast at the nearby cafes. Leonie bakery was an excellent choice for us. The neighborhood is not the friendliest in Paris during nighttime. The road outside the Hotel was quite safe (just a couple of homeless) but the Nation square seemed to us a bit risky to cross.

AC worked perfect, reception was polite and ready to help, we asked for early check in and they allowed us to occupy the room 4 hours prior to normal check int. there is nothing not to like. This place is a hidden gem.

Great location, not too busy. There were lifts in the hotel, but also some steps between foyer and the lift.

Very good

Felt very different than most hotels I’ve experienced. Very Parisian?…Passing through two gardens and taking two elevators in different buildings to get to my room. Quite an adventure! And I liked the breakfast! And I liked the Bistro de Paris next door. Room without a view!

It was clean and spacious and I enjoyed walking through the small courtyard to get the lift. Having a lift was a plus too as so many of the older hotels don’t. It also had its own parking garage which made things easier (although quite a small entry and exit.) The staff were very polite and helpful too which made our one night stay very pleasant. It was also close to some great sights like Pere Lachaise. The restaurant I’d booked up was just next door to the hotel so also easy to walk to. Great neighborhood with lots of cafés etc. Our room was a bit noisy so every 20 minutes one would hear a strange sound either from the air con or refrigerator? ?

I liked the value I got from the room, very comfy and spacey. I liked mainly the staff, they were so keen. They gave me directions to were to shop, specifically Rayan and Ido.

Excellent location, helpful and polite staff The room was very clean and refreshed every day. Loved having the kitchenette - it was a big help. Some noise from guests in neighbouring rooms.

All facitilies are included, like private parking garage, induction stove and a microwave. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Nice inside garden. Room somewhat smaller.

Passable

Good location, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. We had our room in the second floor. With a back problem it was a bit tricky to move the luggage.
-
Good location, nice lobby. Shabby finish in the rooms, they checked us out of our rooms a day early. Even though I fully paid in advance.

There are a lot of nice restaurants around the hotel. AC wasn’t great we had to move room twice and breakfast selection is poor.
