La Tremoille Hotel is located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the famous Avenue Montaigne, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The Orsay museum is only 20 minutes walking distance, and the Louver museum is 30 minutes walking distance from the hotel. This boutique hotel is stand out from the crowd by its typically Parisian elegance and its classic French charm: haussmannian building, listed facade in cut stone, authentic moldings on the ceiling, bathroom in marble, paintings and tapestries. Rooms are spacious and all of them are equipped with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a courtesy tray and a mini-bar. The private bathrooms come with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The hotel has a 24-hour Front Desk, a luggage storage, a room service menu available 19-hours (reduced menu composed of prepared dishes) and a laundry service. The restaurant, bar and wellness area are undergoing renovations: low noise levels will be expected until February 2025 and high noise levels due to work carried out will be expected from March 2025 until the end of the year (work time slot: 8:00 a.m. > 5:00 p.m.). Location was fantastic Only a couple of points. No gym or restaurant but this was reflected in the price. I was very happy to trade the above for the excellent location and price. I ate outside and walked instead.

Location Ron was very hit and AC at all , you will need to keep asking for water . Staff doesn’t add daily water .

We stayed for two nights. The weather was extremely hot, and we were informed that there was a problem with the air conditioning. They offered us the option to move to another hotel and said they would refund our full payment if we chose to do so. However, since it was already late and finding another hotel at that time would have been difficult, we decided to stay at La Trémoille. The staff did everything they could to help and brought two fans to our room, which definitely made it more comfortable, but it was still quite hot. We also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi. The connection was weak and kept disconnecting throughout our stay. Another thing I didn’t particularly like was that every time we left the hotel, the receptionist would stop us to ask whether we wanted our room cleaned. In my opinion, that’s not really something the reception staff should be asking each time. If we wanted housekeeping, we could simply hang the “Please Make Up My Room” sign on the door. At check-out, they apologized again for the air conditioning issue and told us they would issue a partial refund. We’ll see whether the refund is actually processed.

NADA Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Le Tremoille Hotel Paris. The hotel charges premium rates but fails to provide some of the most basic services expected from a luxury property. The biggest issue is the air-conditioning. The hotel uses a central system that does not allow guests to control the room temperature. It is just the beginning of the Summer and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the days and nights. Sleeping was nearly impossible, and I spent the nights sweating and waking up repeatedly. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning in the sitting area of the suite does not even turn on. What is particularly frustrating is that this is clearly not a new problem. The staff acknowledge the issue but claim there is nothing they can do. Their solution? They brought a portable fan to the room. In a hotel charging these rates, that feels more like a joke than a solution. Another disappointment is the restaurant. For more than a year, guests have been told that it is "under renovation." I stayed at this hotel in 2025 and there was already no restaurant service or breakfast available. More than a year later, the situation remains unchanged. Guests are still paying luxury hotel prices while receiving fewer and fewer services. The rooms are spacious, and the location is good. However, neither of those qualities can compensate for sleepless nights in excessive heat and the continued absence of basic amenities. Frankly, the hotel should either close temporarily until these issues are resolved or offer meaningful compensation to guests for the lack of services and the unacceptable room conditions. Please proceed and refund me for one night as they are offering. the room was very nice and not too small like a lot of the rooms in Paris. the aircon in the room was far too weak and we had difficulties sleeping due to the enormous heat that night. The hotel didn't have bar or a restaurant to at least have a coffee or a drink. The concierge was not on duty on the Monday. Which I thought was strange but the receptionist was very helpful. I thought the mattress was too hard. I had a serious back ache when I got up.

Location, vibe. Staff! Our AC didn’t work well, and it was particularly hot on our side of the building. But the staff gave us a huge fan which helped us sleep at night.

Location, standing, spacious rooms, rather quiet. No AC, it was so hot even though outside temp was only 22 C. We did not sleep well.
