Nice and elegant room.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower, the metro and RER. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and didn’t mind speaking to us in English. The room size was comfortable for a family of four. The decors were very lovely. Most importantly, the property was air conditioned which was a big plus since we came during France’s heatwave. I just wish we can control the air conditioning

Excellent location, spacious rooms for Paris, and good service. A/C and hair dryer can be updated. Also more well located electric plugs.

Excellent location on quiet street feels like living in the neighborhood, Very friendly helpful staff, could have better coffee in the room and make coffee available to all guests regardless if they chose breakfast must have coffee available all day

This hotel is a quaint property in a great location within walking distance to many wonderful sites including the Eiffel tower and arc d’triumph. I did not have any complaints about the property.

The location was wonderful. A quiet area blocks away from restaurants and the sites. The dining room for breakfast was too small. We skipped eating at the hotel most days because we could not find a place to sit.

The ladies at reception were so kind and accommodating. I’ve loved the charm and styling of the entire location. Everything was fab.

There was a very distinct smell that i cannot describe. Even some of the pillows had this smell. Maybe try switching the cleaning products out to something higher end, or odor clearing. The smell was heavy and I had to air out the room every time I would come back to the room.
