Staff were really nice and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to the Gare de Nord and not far to get to the Eiffel Tower on public transport. There was an elevator to get our heavy bags to our room. They gave us new towels daily. No kettle or tea facilities in room.

Room clean and quiet. I paid in full when I checked in and then I was charged again in full on arrival. I asked about a refund at reception, the staff were v dismissive and said I would have this today. I have not had it yet. Its a lot of money and this is not acceptable. Hotel room fine, communal areas a bit scruffy.

The staff was amazing!!! Super kind and funny. The room has a great space for 3 persons and the beds were super comfortable. The city around the hotel (2 - 3 blocks) is not the best spot.

The view was superb, excellent location for the Eurostar, excellent staff, very comfortable bed. Slight damp smell of drains, typical of old building but not overpowering or disgusting.

Air conditioning was great, really made our stay during heatwave much more comfortable. Helpful team, pleasant decor, kettle a bonus, amenities like a shopping store available at 20 yards, metro close by, surroundings are pleasant, boulangerie at walking distance, Gare du Nord at walking distance. Would like to come back again here with family, please give us some discount next time. Overall great value for money!

I like location everything is near by My checking time was 3:30 but they said room not clean wait they give us room 6 oclock and service was poor no towel on the bathroom and everyday ask milk and teas they should to fill up everyday essentials things

This hotel was great for a night's stay in Paris. We did still have to uber about 15 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower but a working elevator was a relief with a lot of luggage. Clean space and the staff was friendly! A bit of a tight squeeze in the room with needing to open our suitcases so that was a bit unfortunate, but we did not stay long- something to consider if you have a long stay.
