Location of the hotel was perfect. Great stuff especially the lady at the kitchen where breakfast was served. Nice breakfast also. Room has air conditioning. Room was also cleaned daily with new towels. Totally loved the experience.

Breakfast was fresh, coffee is ok The room is rather small and smelled musty because of lack of air circulation

There was no hot water in my room in the morning, so I waited until after breakfast, and then there was a little bit of hot water. But clearly the hot water capacity couldn't meet the demand of customers during my stay. That wasn't too bad since it was super hot out. But it's not ideal.

Location and cleanliness, staff are all good

I chose the hotel for its location. It’s my old neighbourhood and I love it!

the location was perfect! a little more variety on breakfast, still was fine

Breakfast was good but the receptionist attitude was horrible. It’s at 13th arrondissement of Paris which is well located The receptionist attitude was horrible and rude. The room wasn’t clean, no garbage in the room and couldn’t even lock the door of my room. The receptionist told me that I was weird to complain about that. Thank God, other staff members were cooperative

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Aviatic in Paris. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was standard but perfectly fine to start the day. The location is excellent – very well connected with buses, metro, and RER, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The street and neighborhood feel safe and convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Paris is a beautiful city, and we will definitely come back again.

Self checkin is more complicated than it should.

The location is the main win here. You are steps away from the Metro, and the neighborhood feels lived-in and real, full of bakeries where locals actually eat. But the real surprise was the equipment. Having proper air conditioning and a Nespresso machine in the room is rare for a 2-star in Paris. Honestly, this alone puts it above 50% of the competition and forgives a lot of minor sins. Overall, it’s clean, functional, and exactly what it promises to be: a solid base camp for those who prefer to spend their budget on wine and museums rather than a hotel lobby. The spiral staircase is the main filter. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor with heavy luggage, consider it your daily cardio. I knew this in advance, so it wasn't a shock, just a fact of life in an old building. Rooms are compact and walls are a bit thin - typical Paris and France

bed, heating system

The location was good for catching the metro anywhere I wanted to go in Paris It was extremely loud. You could hear the other guests walking up and down the stairs and every door squeak and slam.
-
The rooms were very small and not comfortable at all. The bed was meant for two people, but it was too small—more like 1.5 in size, not a full double. The staff were helpful, but the reception was not open 24/7, so there was no one to assist after 8 PM in case of problems. The breakfast was low quality, with pre-packed items and no vegan, organic, or healthy options. The room was not equipped with enough towels. Although it is a 2-star hotel, the price did not match the facilities provided.

Nice room for 3 persons on the ground floor. Nice breakfast served. Great location, metro is right around the corner from the hotel More pillows.. cant sleep on the envelope like pillows :-)
-
Great value in the heart of the 14th arrondissement, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, nice neighborhood restaurants nearby and metro a few steps away

Little small

And the staff were very helpful The fridge was broken

the staff was very nice and the value for a room in Paris was not bad, even considering what I didn't like about it. The room was easily the smallest I've ever been in, and I've been in some SMALL hotel rooms in my life, even other small Parisian ones. I was expecting small, so this didn't dampen my mood. Who plans to spend much time in their room in Paris? My room was loud. Musicians and instrument makers should study this building for its ability to amplify the vibrations of every footstep and dragged suitcase into the resonating chamber of my tiny bedroom. It was mostly fine overnight and didn't wake me up much earlier than I wanted on most mornings, but that one morning I didn't feel well, Whooof!
