Beautiful old hotel. Lovely interior designs of room, bathrooms, and lobby. . Well maintained. Great location (near Follies Bergere!). Grocery store, restaurants, cafes on street. Wonderful balcony. With a workout facility (small). Small room (expected though for area). Too much furniture in room. Needs more coffee cups for in-room coffee machine. Workout facility could be rearranged better (but at least it had one!).

Nothing No AC for the entire stay. Receptionist confirmed it was broken on day one. Staff offered a fan as a solution. No room service. Completely unprofessional team from top to bottom. When I escalated I was told to wait for a manager on vacation. I called the police. Their own maintenance man witnessed everything and gave me the police number himself. Management then accused me in writing of sabotaging the AC myself. A lie disproved by their own employees. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

There were some mosquitoes in the room, so we changed rooms, but that didn’t help — there were mosquitoes in the second room as well. But that’s not even the main issue. After changing rooms, we accidentally left behind a pair of branded and quite expensive slippers in the previous room. When we informed the reception about it, they simply said that nothing had been found and nobody had seen them, even though the room had clearly been cleaned by the hotel staff after we left. In the end, I’d say this: our friends stayed here 2–3 years ago and were very satisfied, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. But it seems that over the past few years, the hotel has seriously declined and the level of service has gone downhill.

Comfortable beds, nice-sized bathroom, friendly staff, great location--near train station and historic old town, nice breakfast and make-your-own-coffee machine, friendly and smiling breakfast lady in the morning, good breakfast hours-7:30 to 10:30. mold in shower, broken make-up mirror, no toilet paper holder. The breakfast was good and generous , but breakfast should include flavored and plain yogurts-They only had chocolate pudding. Should have higher quality cereals (two out of the three choices had chocolate, of which I am not a fan). Also the Nutella container was empty for the entire time we were there (at least a week). Someone left their dog poop very near the front entrance and I reported it, but it was never cleaned up.

The location is definitely the highlight, very central and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The room seems recently renovated and has some nice, stylish touches. It was a decent size and included useful amenities like a mini fridge and coffee machine. The hotel has some personality, and the service was generally good. There is also a gym, which is a nice bonus. The room layout was not very practical, and the A/C wasn’t working. Being on the top floor, there was a constant noise from the roof running 24/7. The bathroom setup was not ideal, with a VERY small toilet and shower area and a door that wouldn’t close properly. Breakfast was very disappointing: it starts too late (7:30), wasn’t fully ready on time, had very limited options, and the medium/low quality didn’t justify the cost at all. I would not recommend booking breakfast here.

We were very happy with our room. It was quite spacious. Loved the decor and artwork. The bed was very comfortable. We had the two windows we could open and the balcony to sit out. The bathroom was very spacious nicely laid out, great lighting and the shower was excellent. Love the staircase in the hotel we didn’t use it, but we certainly took some photos. There was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was great. It would’ve been nice if dining room was open for wine and maybe some appetizers in the evening.

The property is in a good location. The bathrooms were too small

Hotel AC was not working so rooms on first floor were a bit uncomfortable. We had to sleep with balcony doors/windows opened a bit to allow air flow. After 2 days, we were moved to 5th floor rooms which were a little better. I booked very late so probably paid a bit too much for rooms but not worth the money (although I didn’t stay in other hotels in Paris so maybe this is how rooms in Paris are….). Buffet breakfast was ok, nothing great.

Very comfortable room and friendly helpful reception. Good night’s sleep. I would recommend this hotel for a several-night stay as well as one night. Nothing

The kosher breakfast was very good with a good variety of foods. During our first night there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room (from another room or from the street) which made it hard for me to breathe. We told the manager in the morning who appologized and immediately changed our room to the top floor. This room was nicer and bigger with a balcony, so it was a great upgrade, and there was no more cigarette smell. the location is great, about 15min walk to Palais Garnier and Galerie Lafyette. we really enjoyed it, would definitely go back there. some of the appliance in the bathroom need fixing - in the first room the shower door didnt close well, resulting in the floor being wet after taking a shower. the small mirror in the other room was broken and needs fixing. we asked the recepsionist if we could do a 1min local phone call to update a reservation we made (we only had whataspp on our phones). but he didnt agree claiming the hotel line needs to be free at all times, suggested we could go and buy a local sim card. I found this very unhelpful and upsetting. we ended up going to the pharmacy across the street, where they happily let us use their phone for 1 minute.
