The location was absolutely beautiful. Stepped out right onto the beach, which was really wonderful! The hotel rooms are in need of a serious update. The bathrooms are very old, and the clothing storage spaces are very generic. Part of running a business is putting the money back into the product and keeping it updated. The pictures and lighting on the walls are nice, and full-size refrigerator was a good add, but the rest is in need of a serious upgrade, especially for the nightly rate.

The pool and hot tub The elevators were slow or didn’t work and smelled funny. Also the mermaid pirate thing was kinda cheesy and the movie outside is ok but you can’t hardly see it due to all the lights

.nothing It should be called "the roach motel" it was dirty and roach infested. We left after one night. Still waiting to be reimbursed for the 4 nights I paid for

The room was wonderful, perfectly situated with a 5th floor balcony view right onto the beautiful beach. The parking was great, right under the hotel and with easy access in and out and one of the only free parking of all hotels in the surrounding area. The location of the hotel is PERFECT within close distance to everything around the area. Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. A "block" of scrambled eggs that tasted extremely chemical, and very low quality, however it was there for those who enjoyed, and it was included in the price of the stay. It took us a while also to just figure out the "condensation" all over the counters of the room. While extremely humid outside, AC so cold inside that it took a day to figure out the perfect balance for things not to be wet inside

The location was great! Staff is rude, pool needs repairs, sand on the floors in the room, bathroom at pool smelled of pee, the bathroom in the room wasn't cleaned.

The beach and beachview were awesome. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean.The flooring in the room was good. This was probably the most run-down hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevators were both missing floor tiles. They painted the floor underneath the missing tiles red instead of fixing the trip hazard. Our patio door lock didnt lock at all and had to be replaced. The drop ceiling had gaps between the frame and panels. Same around doors and the air conditioner.

Breakfast was amazing , the view was amazing , we loved the room With us being on the 4th floor the condensation was bad water was on the ceiling and dropped on us in the bed and our floor was wet and mirrors stayed foggy
