Nuovo Cortile Palermo Bed and Breakfast

The place was small, but good for few days. It is very close to old town, to Theatro Massimo, and Theatro Politeama, Olson not far from Cathedral and Palace, street market. For breakfast we had cross and and cappuccino. The cowner is friendly. We had to ask foe second bed sheet.

The house is well decorated, and the manager is available through WhatsApp to cater to your needs. The place is in a prime location to visit the cathedral, the palace and go through the capo's market. However, it is rather a self-accommodation than a bed and breakfast, as the manager is not necessarily on the premises. Likewise, cleaning is on request.

Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Great location too.

Clean, quiet, great location at a great price and the host was very helpful and thorough during check and helped resolve a couple issues/needs we had.

The bathroom was a bit small but functional.

Location in Historic center makes all the difference friendly, safe, the cafe’s are wonderful! The park is also a good place

I love the location and the host was very kind and pleasant. Also I needed to stay a little bit longer and it was no problem. I did not like that I had to pay cash only - I don't understand why - maybe because I checked in late in the afternoon?

I think that small things like water glasses should be found in the room or in some common space

It was light at night, but I didn't realize that both shutters closed

The room is too small and dirty. The bathroom door is removed completely. I never will be back. It's not recommended for couples !! Also the price is too high for the service of the room ...

The air con No one at the reception, no one picked up the phone, they also gave me the wrong key to enter the hotel and I had to call to be allowed back in at 5 am

Location is in a great part of Palermo, with easy access to street markets and many tourist sights. Facilities are well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible and usable, and the room is well insulated for sound. While it was a "special" time of year with the heat wave, there could have been better fans and air conditioning to handle the heat, and there were also some issues with the infrastructure (some doors were very sticky to close, and others had to be handled with care to avoid door handles from falling off).

The accommodation has a quaint homey, charming appeal. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness; mold in the shower stall and at the bottom of the shower curtain, the head-board was oil-stained, (from previous heads?), and there was a perceptible level of dust about the suite. In addition, there was no toilet paper provided, and no soap. This could be a wonderful stay, if these issues are addressed.

perfect central location, very spacious, cute balcony, air-conditioning, amenities in the bathroom, comfortable and big bed (for two persons), fridge, and overall unique decor. and of course the very nice and accommodating Lady who met us at the reception :) the bathroom door was a bit hard to open and close

Good location in the center, cheap price. Nice staff. The breakfast is one croissant and one coffee / person, at a nearby bar at the corner, its hard to call this a "breakfast". The room is very dark, no sunlight. The air conditioning was working, but it had a very bad small while working. Only payment method is cash. Hostel feeling.
