The breakfast was very good, Diverse and healthy. Location was good and close to nice restaurants and other amenities. This part of Palermo was very nice and the hotel was walking distance to some very attractive sites. I was grossly overcharged from laundry. Some 250 euros for a laundry size that my traveling companion only paid 45 euros for. I asked if that was correct and the staff person at the desk just said the price is the price. I should have asked to speak to his supervisor and was trying to clear my bill and just get out of the hotel. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Large bedroom and entryway. It was too warm, air conditioning not available until after May 1st.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Scrambled eggs were not good . Towels weren’t enough if one showers twice a day. Only 1 towel

Great location, wonderful staff, nice variety breakfast buffet Rooms noisy, needs soundproofing. Strong sewer smell coming from drains(need p-traps on plumbing)

Hotel was adequate, but just that. I was there on a tour and spent three days before so spent a total of 6 days. Location was great. Not having a staff that knew basic information regarding city and actually gave incorrect information was the biggest deficit. Staff did not have any knowledge of city in terms of recommendations or directions.

Fantastic safe location just a short walk from key areas such as Piazza Giuseppe Verdi, Mercato del Capo, Piazza Politeama and Via della Liberta'. Good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room and nice decor. Staff were slow to take coffee order at breakfast, plus there were some signs of wear and tear in the room. No fitness facility or gym which may put off some visitors.

Due to American Airlines issues we arrived a day late in Palermo and I had to pay for a night I did not use. I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer me some kind of discount as it wasn’t my fault that we arrived a day late.

Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious. Parking worked out very well as we were able to park right in front of the hotel. The bar was closed for our stay. This was a disappointment.

Location was in walking distance of historical center. Clean rooms with English TV. Breakfast space was limited and food was sparse. Some parking spaces out front for 15 euros per night.
